Casa Lanah is a spacious, well equipped, villa on La Goleta, a quiet gated community, which is part of the Faro Park development. Several supermarkets, restaurants and bars and the picturesque coastal path into Playa Blanca are only a 10 minute walk away. The large Canarian garden has been landscaped and is surrounded by a retaining wall for privacy. The private pool is serviced twice a week and heated for all year use. This is included in the rental price. The villa has the benefit of a large private roof sun terrace ideal for sunbathing or a quiet evening drink while enjoying panoramic views across to Fuerteventura to the South and the local volcano Montana Roja to the North. Guests also have access to the inviting 24m communal swimming pool just a minute walk away.

The large open plan sitting room has a high vaulted ceiling creating a feeling of space and a cool atmosphere for warm summer evenings. There are two comfortable sofas. French doors lead out to the South facing terrace and a sheltered seating area, shaded for daytime reading or a pre- dinner aperitif. The Smart flat screened TV has all main British Terrestrial programs available plus sky, sky cinema, sky sports and films, BT sports and more. A portable speaker is provided which will connect to phones or tablets via blue tooth.
Casa Lanah has three bedrooms all independently air conditioned (coin operated) and three bathrooms. All have generous fitted wardrobes and free standing fans. The windows in bedrooms one and two are fitted with mosquito proof shutters so windows can be left open for night time fresh air. All mattresses have been recently replaced.
Bedroom one has a King sized bed and French doors leading to the pool terrace and 8mx4m pool. The ensuite bathroom has a bath and shower.
Bedroom two has twin beds and an adjacent bathroom with a walk in shower.
Bedroom three has a King sized bed and sliding doors leading to a small private terrace with a table for 4+ ideal as a breakfast area catching the early morning sun..The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower.
The fully equipped modern kitchen is fitted with hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The adjoining dining/sun room area has a large marble table which comfortably seats six. It is enclosed by wide sliding doors which can remain closed on cooler evenings thus providing comfortable dining throughout the year. This area also has two occasional chairs and side table handy for a laptop. A small utility room adjoins and includes a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. the room leads onto the large terrace and Canarian BBQ and the additional outside seating area
The villa is serviced and maintained by a professional management company who ensure the villa is kept to the highest possible standard.

This is a non smoking villa.
Prices are shown for the property per week in UK pounds and are based on 2 persons sharing. Add £84 per person per week for up to 4 extra guests.
Reservations can be made with a non-refundable deposit of £150 per week with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your stay.
On the day of departure the villa must be vacated by 10.00am and will be available to new guests from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. It may be possible to vary these times depending on availability.
Change over days are flexible.
