Villa Gia is a fabulous Vacation Rental Home for rent in Playa Blanca Lanzarote is located in a peaceful residential area called Faro Park which is approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 10 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.

Villa Gia is furnished to a high standard with its own private heated pool and luxury Jacuzzi with high surrounding walls for privacy for those who like an all over tan.

Villa Gia has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a 1 bedroom annexe,
The master suite has a Kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom fitted out in marble with a bath with shower over and a toilet and sink.

The second bedroom has twin beds. Both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom of Vacation Rental Home Gia are fitted with air-conditioning (pay into a meter). The 3rd locked bedroom has a double bed.
The second bathroom used by 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, has a walk-in shower with a toilet and sink. Upon booking please state if the 3rd bedroom is needed otherwise it will not be made up for your arrival.

The comfortable lounge with flat flat screen TV and has internet TV with many channels to watch, and CD player. There is a beautiful separate internal dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob and fridge freezer. The washing machine is in the utility room for your use.

One of the best features of the Vacation Rental Home is the huge extended patio with a luxurious jacuzzi with all the massage jets you could wish for to help you relax into the holiday mood! There is a BBQ for the chef of the house!

Pool size: approximately 8m x 4m, ranging from 1.2m to 1.75m in depth with Roman steps to enter.

Linen, bath/hand/tea towels are all provided however you would need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
