We stayed at this property in August 2023 and it provided our family with everything we needed in a holiday home for 2 weeks. Beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. The kitchen provided us with all the items we needed (and more) and the laundry room was very useful. The lounge was very spacious and perfect for relaxing in. All the bedrooms were lovely and provided plenty of storage for all our clothing. Our grandchildren particularly liked the Mickey and Minnie bedroom and made good use of the Games room. We used the outside area every day and it was just perfect for us and provided privacy and plenty of options for sitting or relaxing by the pool. Our journey to the Magic Kingdom was approximately 20 minutes and was very straightforward. Once we got to know the area we found a short cut and this reduced to 15 minutes. We found plenty of options for food shopping very close by and once on the 192 there was a multitude of choices for restaurants, gift shops etc. We loved staying here and if we come back again this property will be our first choice.
This really is a lovely villa in a great location. Beautiful 4 bedroom villa off the US27 close to shops and restaurants. Fully air conditioned with a great pool area. The villa is spotlessly clean and the beds are super comfortable. We have stayed here on two occasions and due to the fact the villa is already booked for our dates next year, it would have been three. If you’re looking to book this villa then book early to avoid disappointment. The owners Fred and Annette are an absolute delight to work with.
Very happy with this Villa, Has everything you could possibly want, Owners are great and will answer any questions you have. Didn’t have to use the property manager no need. Front Door was a little sticky glad Annette and Fred told me to push it towards me, this helped a lot however wasn’t an issue. Everything was great, Location you will need a car, you have loads of restaurants and large supermarkets close by, Please book this and be rest assured your in safe hands. This was my 12th time in Orlando I will be staying at this villa again, Amazing, Thanks Annette and Fred for letting me stay at your lovely villa,
