New to the market. Casa Jorge is a two storey 2 bedroom/2 bath in the beach front zone in Praia da Luz. Recently renovated and tastefully furnished with special attention to the south facing roof terrace offering both space for sunbathing and shade under the pergola. Quiet location in prime position for easy access to the beach and all the village facilities. Portuguese Tourist Board Licence 138201/AL.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. both have double beds, wardrobes and both have fully equipped walk- in shower rooms. Both bedrooms have air conditioning

There is a terrace from the lounge which has a table and chairs for four people and a sun umbrella.
Off the front bedroom there is a small gated terrace leading to the street which has a bistro set for two.

The house has two storeys plus the roof terrace. Unfortunately it would not be suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues or very small children.
There is no need for a car as the villa is so central. Parking is complicated during the height of the season. There are taxis and Ubers available for trips into the nearest town of Lagos. Also the local supermarket will deliver FOC.

The rentals are based on seven days. All linen and towels are provided including one beach towel per person. Two sets of towels are provided on arrival so there is no mid week clean/change.

There will be a small welcome pack for your arrival including a bottle of something nice to get your holiday started.

Check in is at 14.00. If you arrived before we may be able to store your luggage by prior arrangement
Check out is at 10am. If you need a late check out we will try to accommodate if possible
No smoking and no pets please.
