Villa - rural - 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms - sleeps 8 - 3 terraces
Villa Terra di Luna, is an exceptionally beautiful and spacious 18th century farmhouse. Five years was spent on the restoration of the house, additions were made and a pool and extensive terracing were created. This stone built farmhouse is composed of eighteen rooms – an entrance hall with cloakroom, a spacious split level lounge, a dining room, and a large kitchen, the second floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms two of which are en suite. The barn comprises a bedroom with a shower-room en suite and a lounge/office, finally there is a wine cellar and a cantina. The house has been fitted to an exceptionally high standard utilising both outstanding taste and attention to detail. The architecture, interior design and the custom made furniture, is the work of the owner, sensitively balancing the original character and charm with the elegance and simplicity of contemporary and historical influences to produce a unique house.

A Labour of Love

By Tony Sammut - London on 26-Feb-2019

The villa is located in a tiny hamlet with very friendly, kind and child loving but unobtrusive neighbours, so we were in our own world but not isolated. The closest town Fivizzano has all one could ask for or need, a good choice of food shops; 3 butchers, a fishmonger, 2 bakers, several restaurants and bars, a gelatteria, as well as a weekly market. The house is obviously a labour of love and we were thrilled to be able to experience it, the weeks flew by. Without doubt we will return. Thank you once again for the most welcome Welcome Hamper

Tuscan Heaven

By Daniel & Family - New York, NY on 26-Feb-2019

From our very first visit to Villa Terra di Luna we felt like we had been transported to the land of milk and honey (perhaps more appropriate.....the land of mozzarella and olive oil!) and instantly knew we were home! Fivizzano and more specifically the village of Valazzana, tucked in the northwest corner of Tuscany hugs the Italian Riviera and is a short drive to either Florence or Pisa. It’s also only minutes away to the Liguria region and the gorgeous coastal towns of Santa Margherita or the world-class hot spot, Portofino! In any number of the coastal towns in this immediate area one can truly savour the best Mediterranean fish on the planet! The Villa Terra di Luna is an expansive, historical home and has breathtaking and truly majestic views of the Apennine Mountains. It is totally stylish and has all the comfort accommodations anyone would ask for including a dramatically situated pool. This villa is one of our favourite spots in all of Italy and could best be described as “Tuscan Heaven” at it’s finest!

Magnificent-Breathtaking

By Little Charlie - Bristol on 26-Feb-2019

I am writing to say how much my wife and family enjoyed our holiday at your house Villa Terra di Luna in Tuscany. The house is magnificent, plenty of room and fully equipped to a very hight standard. The kitchen was outstanding with excellent amenities. Very well thought through. The swimming pool was an absolute joy to use, as were the comfortable sun lougners. We enjoyed having lots of barbecues on one fo the terrace areas outside the kitchen. The peaceful and quiet environment was a heavenly experience, you could hear the silence. The views from the terraces and bedrooms were breathtaking, with the village of Fivizzano in the distance. We enjoyed shopping and having coffee in the square of this delightful village. Day trips took us to Lerici, Lucca, Pisa and Parma, just to name a few. A perfect holiday enjoyed by all and we will soon be booking for this year.
