Set in one of Puerto del Carmen’s most desirable beachside locations, Costa Luz offers an exceptional holiday experience. This tranquil complex is nestled directly beside the golden sands of Los Pocillos Beach, where you can step from lush gardens onto the shoreline in moments. The waters are crystal clear and safe for swimming, with plentiful sun loungers and umbrellas available for hire. A few steps behind, the lively promenade connects you to a delightful array of boutiques, restaurants, and local amenities – all within walking distance.

This well-maintained complex features a generously sized communal pool, surrounded by sun terraces ideal for long, leisurely afternoons under the Lanzarote sun.

We are delighted to offer two beautifully appointed apartments within Costa Luz – one on the Second Floor (Apartment No. 5) offering panoramic sea views, and one on the Ground Floor (Apartment No. 1) with serene garden access and partial sea glimpses.

Apartment No. 5 – Second Floor with Stunning Sea Views

Bedroom 1 – Elegant double bed, fitted wardrobes, and stylish bedside tables with ambient lighting.
Bedroom 2 – Twin beds with matching décor, fitted wardrobes, and a bedside table with lamp.

En-Suite to Bedroom 1 – Walk-in rain-style shower with sleek glass screen, WC, and contemporary vanity unit with illuminated mirror.
En-Suite to Bedroom 2 – Similarly appointed with a spacious walk-in shower, WC, and single basin.

Kitchen:

A newly refurbished, fully equipped kitchen including electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, cafetière, and washing machine.

Living Area:

Comfortable seating with sofa and lounge chairs, flat-screen TV with satellite channels (BBC, ITV, Channel 4/5, Film4, news and radio), and Wi-Fi. A dining table with chairs completes the space. Doors lead to a spacious private terrace with captivating views of the Atlantic.

Exterior:

The large terrace is appointed with stylish patio furniture and offers the ideal vantage point for sunset dining and listening to the waves. The communal pool and sunbathing terrace lie just beyond the front door.

Main Bathroom – WC, single wash basin with illuminated vanity mirror, large walk-in shower, and washing machine.
En-Suite to Bedroom 2 – Walk-in shower with curtain, WC, and single vanity basin.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave.

Living/Dining Room:

A light-filled, open-plan lounge with two plush sofas and poang chairs, flat-screen IPTV, air conditioning (coin-operated), Wi-Fi, and ceiling fan. Dining table with seating for four. Patio doors (with fly screen) lead to the expansive private terrace.

Exterior:

Set within the beautifully landscaped communal gardens, the large furnished terrace offers a perfect spot for al-fresco dining and leisurely relaxation. Partial sea views can be enjoyed from this tranquil outdoor space.

Communal Facilities:

Swimming Pool: Rectangular in shape, with both Roman steps and stepladder access. Solar heated year-round.
Surroundings: Flat terrain throughout the area, ideal for walking to nearby beaches, shops, and eateries.

Great Apartment

We were happy to stay in the apartment. Everything was great. Well equipped. Beautiful view from the balcony. Friendly neighbors. Great clean pool. The beach is 2 minutes walk away. We are very grateful!
