Description
Villa Margarita is a beautiful, luxurious villa very recently refurbished to an exceptional standard. The villa is located in a very quiet residential area of Puerto Del Carmen but is conveniently located just 10 - 15 mins walk from beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is also only 10 min drive from the airport or a €20 taxi.NOW WITH SUPERFAST FIBRE OPTIC INTERNET

Ground Floor
Kitchen
A generously equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven and electric hob.
Utility Room
A spacious utility room with new washing machine, iron and ironing board. Lots of storage space is available in the utility room.
Dining Area
The spacious dining area is supplied with new furniture and can comfortably seat 6 people. There is also ample space to seat a high chair if needed (of which a new high chair is supplied free of charge on request).
Lounge Area
The large and well lit lounge area benefits from a new 6 seater sofa, new coffee occasional tables, new 50" LCD TV, new satellite box (with all English and Irish channels, including all Sky movies, all Sky Sports, all BT Sport, Setanta Sport and Premier Sport and At The Races), new Blue-Ray DVD player with a wide range of films available and a hi-fi CD system.
Ground Floor Bathroom
The ground floor bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and shower unit.
Upper Floor
The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, generous wardrobe space with lots of clothes hangers, hairdryer and mirror. The master bedroom benefits from direct access to a beautiful upper terrace area that provides lovely sea views. A new safe is provided in the bedroom.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, generous wardrobe space with lots of clothes hangers, hairdryer and mirror. There is also space for a travel cot (of which a brand new cot is supplied free of charge on request). The second bedroom also benefits from direct access to the beautiful upper terrace area and has wonderful sea views. A new safe is provided in the bedroom.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom provides 2 new, comfortable single beds, ideal for children, with a generous amount of wardrobe space with lots of clothes hangers.
Upstairs Bathroom
A new, modern, fully fitted bathroom with toilet, bath, shower, sink, mirror and power socket, with lots of storage space for toiletries.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge and is boosted to be accessible from all areas of the villa, including the outside areas.
Air Conditioning
Four powerful and super quiet, wall mounted air conditioning units are available free of charge, providing cooling for the downstairs lounge and dining areas and one unit in each of the bedrooms.
Outside
Private Heated Pool
A newly built 6m x 4m heated private swimming pool with solar pool cover is available. The pool heating is provided free of charge.
Sun Loungers and Parasol
Six sun loungers with padded cushions are available with a matching large parasol to provide ample shade if needed. The pool and sun lounging area benefits from a newly fitted, comfortable and very high standard synthetic grass that is reduces the risk of slipping and is very safe for children.
Outside Dining
The outside dining area benefits from a new large patio dining table with 6 new chairs available, along with a new briquettes barbeque and tools.
Towels
Pool towels are provided for outside use.
Each bedroom has 2 new sets of hand towel, bath towel and bath sheet.
Each bathroom is supplied with towels.
Parking
The Villa is located on a private, well lit, one-way street with very low levels of traffic. Parking is available directly outside the villa on the street.
Refuse and Recycling
Recycling facilities are available only 50m from the villa and non-recyclable refuse is conveniently located 20m away and is collected daily.
Water
Water is solar heated with a 200 litre tank, enabling 6 people to enjoy hot, high pressure showers within a very short space of time. A back up water pump and tank is fitted should the mains supply fail.
Smoke alarms are fitted throughout the Villa for your safety.
Pricing
All prices quoted are for four people and are fully inclusive of WiFi, pool heating and air-conditioning. Additional guests are charged at £70.00 per person per week (£10.00 per day) up to a maximum of 6 guests. In addition we can also accommodate one infant free of charge who would sleep in a cot within one of the three bedrooms.
The minimum stay is 7 days.
We can accept payment in GBP or Euros so please let us know if you would prefer us to provide a Euro price for the booking.
To reserve Villa Margarita, we require a 15% non-refundable deposit with the balance due 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday.

From start to finish our stay was A+ The Villa has absolutely everything u need ..beach towels..books.games. pool floaties nd toys for kids etc.. Its just a home from home 🏡 Villa is spotless The lovely welcome package we received when we arrived was fantastic ..preseco crisps water pizza 🍕 etc kitchen cupboards have salt pepper. Tea bags coffee and more . Pool was big enough for us all ..Sun loungers really comfortable.. Cannot find one fault at all with Villa . Lidil is only 2 mins away.. Spar nd some wee restaurants nd bars are only 10 mins away .. The main strip is only 20 mins away longer if you have kids . Old Town about 10 mins away .. Stephen and Mags also are great if u need to contact them . They get straight back to you ..Martin came cleaned pool twice during our stay . Villa is a lovely quiet residential area .would highly recommend this fir anyone looking a Villa 🥰.. Just wee bit of advice on taxis out there .if in peak season like us do not book one. They never turn up .And be prepared to wait 45 mins -60 mins if you are looking one back from strip late on at night . We did also have to go to top street to flag down a taxi 🚕 that morning we were going home for airport . Don't let that put you off tho . This was the 1st time we had stayed in a villa 😊 .it won't be our last .just wish we had done it sooner . So whoever goes next yous will have a fantastic time at Villa Margarita ☀️☀️😎... There's a Lidl across the road and a few wee pubs and a lovely Italian and a takeaway 5 minute walk. The main strip is a good 15 min walk away but taxis if needed are easily gotten. I’ve been coming to Lanzarote for the past 30 years but after staying in this villa, I wouldn’t like staying anywhere else when we visit than here. I could be writing good things about Villa Margarita all day but it’s easier to just say, everything you can think of was perfect. We hadn’t one complaint. Finally just to say thank you to the hosts, Mags and Steve. You’ve done an amazing job with the Villa, it was a pleasure to stay here. All the family had wonderful 2 weeks holiday and we look forward to coming back again next time we’re in Puerto Del Carmen. Thank you so much David for your kind review.
