Villa Las Vegas is a bright, airy, and completely detached 3-bedroom villa designed for ultimate privacy. This premier retreat offers exceptional amenities, including a private heated swimming pool, a luxury hot tub, a fully equipped games room, bar area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and two 55-inch Smart TVs. Complemented by multiple alfresco dining spaces and located just a short stroll from all local resort amenities, it delivers the perfect hassle-free, car-free holiday experience.

Following an extensive 2026 renovation, the outdoor pool area and terrace at Villa Las Vegas have been transformed into a sleek and modern outdoor space, featuring several distinct and beautifully appointed relaxation zones including:

A Bespoke Pool Area: A new 1.4m deep pool featuring integrated seating, dual-corner entry steps, and a supportive handrail on one side. Modern, contemporary grey tiling flawlessly flows around the pool and across the extended patio areas.

Extended Terraces: A spacious patio expansion featuring a new dining and BBQ zone. There is also a separate shaded lounge zone nestled under the canopy of our signature palm tree.

Landscaped Garden borders: Curated small garden areas neatly bordered by structured stone walls.

Active and Relaxing: Additional facilities include a private hot tub in the front garden and a table tennis table for outdoor fun.

Our 2022 indoor renovation introduced a self-contained games room and bar on the lower level, accessed via an internal staircase from the main hall. This dedicated entertainment space includes:

Private Bar: A dedicated drinks and social zone.

Table sports: Pool table and table football .

Tech Hub: 55-inch Ambilight TV and a PlayStation 3 with games.

Family Fun: A library of children's DVDs, chess, draughts, and classic board games

There are 2 large comfortable leather sofas and also separate reclining leather chair. Internet TV with a multitude of UK and international channels including BBC, ITV, Disney, Nickelodeon and unlimited movies. Music system. DVD player. Selection of DVD’s and books. The private pool is framed by a spacious, south-facing terrace with sun loungers and parasols, perfectly positioned for all-day sunshine. Classical Canarian walled gardens surround the villa and terrace, beautifully framing distinct zones dedicated to relaxation, alfresco dining, and seating.

Alongside these spaces, an elevated front terrace sits just a few steps up, easily accessible via a secure handrail. Furnished with a small bistro table and two chairs, it directly overlooks the entire pool deck and offers the perfect vantage point to escape the midday sun. If you prefer a break from lounging in the main seating zones, you can switch things up with a lively game of outdoor ping pong on the terrace, or head over to the hot tub to soak up the sun in complete luxury— at no extra cost.

Parking
The villa is located on a quiet well-lit residential street. Parking is available on the street directly outside the villa.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE ONLY.

In short the team will ensure your stay at Villa L.V is amazing and you will want to return year after year.

Location
Villa Las Vegas is situated in the Old Town/Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen only 10 km from the airport. A taxi from the airport costs approximately 15-20 euros and will take around 10 minutes to get to the villa. The villa itself is situated in an enviable position on a quiet residential street with very little traffic. All resort amenities are within walking distance; therefore, a car is not required. Nearest Restaurant/Bar: 160 metres (3 minute walk), Nearest Supermarket: 500 metres (6 minute walk), Old Town Harbour: 800 metres (10 minute walk), Biosfera Shopping Plaza: 800 metres (10 minute walk), Main Beach/Promenade/’Main Strip’: 1.6km (20 minute walk), However, if you would rather not walk, a taxi rank is located 160 metres (3 min walk) from the villa (outside THB Flora) that will take you into the old town or down to the main promenade and beach for approximately 2-4 euros!

The villa is ideal for family and couples. We do not accept same sex groups.
