Welcome to Villa Oliveira, a contemporary and luxury 4-bedroom villa in Pinheiros Altos. If you are looking for luxury in the sun, you've come to the right place. The exterior
Villa Oliveira is a great place to soak up the sun. Quite simply, it offers the best outdoor space in Pinheiros Altos. You will find yourself feeling at home as soon as you walk in the gate. There is a lovely garden surrounding the villa and you will also see a parking area to the left of the main entrance. The plush green surroundings definitely offer a feeling of paradise and peace.
At the front of the villa, you will find the pool area. With sun loungers around the pool, it's great for topping up your tan or cooling off in the pool. There is also the eating area, complete with a charcoal BBQ for tasty meals in the sun. Finally, the grass area at the back of the property leads to a small wooden terrace. This secret hideaway is perfect for yoga or meditation - tranquillity is guaranteed! There is also a big terrace upstairs with access to both bedrooms.
The living areas
Inside, Villa Oliveira offers contemporary décor and furniture. It is bright and spacious, with natural light pouring through. The villa is fully air conditioned too! Walking into the property you will find an open space with the kitchen and two living rooms. The smaller living room, with the black sofas, has a Lazer TV. In the office area, there is a fun games table.
The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need. Here, you will find 2 fridge & freezers, an extractor, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, 3 ovens, toaster, 2 dishwashers, blender, juicer, gas hob and electric hob. Prepare for amazing food at this villa! There is also a Lazer TV in the kitchen.
On the main floor, you will also find a laundry room with a tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge, iron, ironing board and 2 vacuum cleaners.
The bedrooms
Villa Oliveira has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests. So, it's great for a family getaway or an Algarve escape with friends. Each bedroom has it's own Lazer TV. On the main floor, there are two bedrooms with king beds. One of these rooms has an en-suite with shower. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor and an additional WC.
On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king bed and a complete en-suite with shower and tub. The other bedroom on this floor has a king bed and an en-suite with shower. Both of these rooms have access to the large terrace. All bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortably furnished, providing great spaces to rest up and refresh after a long day in the sun.
