First floor corner apartment on the outskirts of Zone 3, Son Bou Gardens, with large shared pools, sunbeds and parasols. The apartment has been modernised with the comfort of its guests in mind. The apartment enjoys a quiet, corner location, with partial sea views and handy access to Son Bou beach - less than 10 minutes walk away. Modern fitted wardrobes (with sliding doors ), air conditioning, SKY , BT SPORT , FILMS , BBC1 AND ITV , WI-FI , The kitchen includes an electric oven and ceramic hob , Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher , Washing Machine and pots and pans and dishware you may need, , Electronic Safe, Hairdryer, iron and ironing board , Remote Control ceiling fans in all rooms as well as floor standing fans , comfy modern sofa are just some of the home comforts guests have come to enjoy.

Arrival and Changeover days are fridays only , apartment available from 14.00 on arrival day , and require vacating 10.00 on day of departure.

When I first saw the apartment, I was impressed with the refurbishments the last owner had made. I have continued to modernise the apartment since then (e.g. TV, DVD , WI-FI, new furniture, furnishings, new kitchen, new walk in shower and bathroom fitted, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, to try and make it as modern and as comfortable as possible for guests.
This idyllic apartment is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens and a choice of three outdoor swimming pools – the perfect venue for a relaxing break on the beautiful island of Minorca. This apartment has been built in the charming, traditional style of the Balearic Islands. Set facing the south, it opens onto a sunny private terrace ideal for sunbathing. Inside, my apartment is decorated in a homely way. Take the short, 800-metre walk to Son Bou beach to enjoy the golden sands and clear Mediterranean waters. The resort centre, with its shops, welcoming bars and restaurants, is also just a short stroll from the apartment.

Because it's a first floor corner plot, it's much lighter and airier inside than other terraced apartments. Also, because the first floor is the top floor, there's plenty of privacy on the front and rear terraces.

Son Bou has one of the nicest, most child-friendly beaches on the island. In fact, it's the longest on the island - almost 3km of golden sand. If you prefer a pool to the beach, don't worry, as you will have a choice of three: one at Zone 3 (where the apartment is), one at Zone 5 (5/6 minutes walk) and one at Club San Jaime (2 minutes walk).

The resort also has plenty of amenities, such as shops, restaurants and small supermarkets. It is centrally located on the southern side of the island, which is great if you are exploring further afield, such as the towns of Mahon or Ciutadella, or heading north to the fishing village of Fornells.
The apartment is on a corner plot on the outermost edge of Zone 3, Son Bou Gardens. This means it's less than a 10 min walk to the beach, but also it's at the quiet end of Zone 3, opposite a lovely Spanish bakery and patisserie - very handy in the mornings and lunchtime!

We’re back in Bristol having had a lovely time at your apartment. Sadly we had to get back so couldn’t take you up on your very generous offer of a few extra days. We’re due to meet my Aunt before her 90th birthday tomorrow and I have to collect my new(old!) van on Saturday, otherwise we would have stayed on. Gutted!

It’s been an utter pleasure staying here. Your refurb has been eye popping. Gave the teen daughter the double bed and she utterly loves it. Treated like a Princess.

Fab holiday all round - my son age 10 has started Scuba Diving lessons in the pool , and my daughter has taken a 7 metre dive down to a coral reef. She’s now signed up for a full on PADI course over the next 4 days. Wants to come back and do the full two week official PADI scuba qualification course next year.

We will be booking you again , if it’s available. Same time of year roughly.

Home From Home

Fabulous holiday apartment, very well equipped and in a great location. Beautifully presented, comfortable and homely. The apartment is opposite a bakery which we frequented often! Lovely aroma when you wake up in the morning!

The owner provided comprehensive information before we left for our holiday and couldn’t have been more helpful and provided a folder full of useful information on arrival. We cannot speak highly enough of the apartment and Son Bou. The beach is within walking distance and is beautiful. The beach restaurant Ses Grulles is a must, the staff are friendly, providing the perfect holiday atmosphere.

We will definitely be re-visiting in the future and have no hesitation in recommending both the apartment and resort.

Simply wonderful
This is the second year we have stayed in this gem of an apartment. It really has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Big TV with almost every channel worth having. Kitchen is well stocked with crockery and gadgets. Close to supermarket (2 mins) town (5-10mins) and beach (10-15 mins) walking . Very clean and well maintained to the highest order. This really is the place to stay.

The best apartment I have stayed in at son Bou and I have stayed in many over last 16 years. The apartment has everything you could need and more. It was beautifully clean and very comfortable.
Great large TV if your a sports fan like my husband or lots channels and good films if you fancy a night in. Brilliant music system with great music available. Has prime location for shops pool, restaurants and beach. Balconies have fantastic views, sea and sunset at back and shade if too hot. The front has side sea views and lots lovely sun and sun shade if needed. Both have comfy seats to chill out with nice glass wine.
There are two pools nearby with good value food and drink.
We were lucky enough to meet the owner who is a really nice bloke and he takes great pride in his apartment and is keen to make his guests have a lovely holiday and a happy stay.
We stayed in October 17 and have booked for 2018 already. We are looking forward to many happy stays at Nicks apartment.

The apartment was amazing it had everything you needed and more for your holiday it was clean and tidy and also had information on where is best places to eat and places to visit. The apartment was not far from places to eat and the beach as well as the 3 pools you can use. It was a great holiday and my kids loved every minute of it and we will Deffo be going back. The owner of the apartment was at hand over the phone for help if I needed it overall it was a great apartment and holiday and would recommend to my friends

Marvelous second floor apartment in ideal location

Very impressed with this clean and modern apartment, The kitchen area has everything you will need including utensils and cleaning products under the sink. The bathroom was spotless and had ironing board, brushes etc in cupboard behind the door. Was lovely to have breakfast on the front balcony under the canopy. The bakery behind does wonderful fresh bread and cakes, they also sell water in six packs which saved carrying it from the supermarket. If you don't feel like cooking or going ou you cant get a takeaway from almost any restaurant. Nothing is too far away from this apartment, a real diamond.

Fabulous Week in a Lovely Apartment

Wow! What a lovely apartment - we couldn't have found a more perfect located apartment in Son Bou Gardens. This was across from the Bakery, which in turn is just around the corner from the Supermarket and one of the best pools on the complex. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in Son Bou, and just a few more minutes to the beach. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean! We had such a lovely time there, and will definitely be wanting to return next year!

Gorgeous Apartment! Perfectly Located!

We've really enjoyed our week in this beautifully decorated and maintained apartment. Upon arrival it was spotlessly clean. It has everything you need to make you feel you are in a home away from home. I spoke with Nick a couple of times before booking (being a paranoid Mum of an 11 month old) and he was so friendly and helpful. The information sent through to us and in the apartment was really useful and we worked our way through his restaurant recommendations throughout the week (our fave was Casa Andres) Location wise - The play area, swimming pool, pool bar (with bouncy castle in the evening) are a 1 minute walk away and the restaurants and bars of the resort are within 5-10 minutes. The gorgeous beach is approx 10 mins away. All in all everything you need for a perfect family holiday! The only downside to the apartment is the bakery is right behind it and my clothes started to feel a little tight nearing the end of the week.

Lovely stay with great facilities on the doorstep

Very conveniently located for the beach, restaurants, shops, a bakery and swimming pools all within walking distance. There is good public transport for access to Mahon which is definitely worth a visit or hire a car and explore the island. The whole area is more geared up to younger children, probably not enough to keep a teenager busy but my kids are 5 and 8 so it was the stunning beach or swimming pool every day. The facilities in the apartment were great and we had a very comfortable stay. The children's park out the front of the property was a particular favourite with plenty of room to kick a ball around and play chase.
