This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in a great location, only a 2 minute drive or a good 15 minute walk to a supermarket, bar and restaurant. Moraira with its beautiful beach is a 5 minute drive or a 20 -30 minute walk. The villa benefits from air conditioning throughout, fiber optic wifi, English TV channels and mosquito blinds on all windows. The outside area is very spacious with a private pool and a separate outside kitchen with a BBQ and bar for those nice refreshing drinks in the sun. Perfect for that Mediterranean holiday experience.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start date.
Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that willful and negligent behavior is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

Living area
You will enter the house via the living area. The doors can be folded open completely to access the pool terrace.
There are 2 large comfortable sofas and a dining table for 8, air conditioning TV with UK channels. Fiber Optic Wifi.

Fully fitted with large American style fridge freezer and washing machine. Blind and mosquito net.

Outside the Property
There is a 8 m x 4 m kidney shaped pool with steps and plenty of sun bathing area on the terrace around the pool. Separate BBQ house with large BBQ, small fridge and a sink with hot and cold water.
There is another terrace with can be reached after 8 steps. Gated entrance to driveway with parking for approx. 2-3 cars.
Details on the Coast and Beach
Moraira town is approximately a 20-30 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car and here you will find many restaurants, bars and shops. A supermarket and a restaurant you will find within 650 meter, but it is a bit hilly going up from the villa. Another bigger supermarket is located 700 m from the villa. The nearest Sandy beach is the Ampolla beach of Moraira. This beach you will find within 1.7 km.
Golf Details
Golf Ifach at Moraira with a 9 hole course is approx. a 10 minutes drive and Javea Golf Course is just 12 minutes by car.
Travelling to the Property
Alicante airport is 94 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 10 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 130 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and the property is just 9 km from here.
Useful Distances
Use of a car is useful as there are many interesting places to visit all within a 30 minute drive. The popular towns and beautiful beaches of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance along the coast.
