The accommodation is accessed from the naya through to the very spacious lounge dining room which has Sat TV with Sky Free View, DVD and Fiber Optic WiFi. Open plan spacious modern kitchen. The glazed covered terrace with table and 6 chairs which overlooks the pool terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning, mosquito nets, persianas (shutters) and rejas throughout), 2 doubles and 1 twin room plus en-suite shower room with power shower and a further full bathroom. The family bathroom with low level separate shower and bath. A short flight of steps takes you down to the large pool terrace with ample space for sun loungers. The pool is a generous 10 m x 5 m with Roman steps. Outside BBQ area with large gas BBQ. Outside shower, pool towels. Gated entrance to ample private parking and car port.
Air conditioning is charged extra at € 100,00 per week.

Breakages, Loss and Damage - A non-refundable charge of € 10 per person (except infants under 12 months) will be added to the total cost of your holiday. This is to cover accidental damage that may occur in your villa during your holiday, up to the value of €300. Please note that wilful and negligent behaviour is not covered by this charge, and should this occur you may be asked to cover the cost of damage locally or you will be billed for the recovery of this.
A final clean supplement is applicable to certain properties and will be clearly shown on the price breakdown.

The lounge/diner is very spacious with air conditioning, Sky Free View flat screen TV, DVD player, 3 & 2 seater leather sofas, Toscan stone fireplace (not in use, for decoration only), double doors lead out onto small conservatory with table and chairs. Kitchen
Ample kitchen with open American bar fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, wine cooler in dining area and lovely marble work surfaces. Mosquito nets, persianas (shutters) and rejas.
Master bedroom ensuite
The master bedroom with lovely spacious en suite shower room has king size bed with tempur mattress, side tables, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, air conditioning, mosquito nets, persianas (shutters) and rejas. Patio doors leading to terrace.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out onto the terrace overlooking the pool ,air conditioning, mosquito nets, persianas (shutters) and rejas.

Details on the Coast and Beach
The beach at El Portet is close by (1km) and the beaches, bars and many restaurants in resort of Moraira are just a 5 minute drive. There are other lovely beach resorts such as Calpe, Altea and Javea, all within a 30 minute drive.
Golf Details
Close to several high quality golf courses, Club de golf ifach in Moraira is approx. 15 minutes and Javea Golf Club is a 20 minute drive from the villa and is open all year round. La Sella Golf Course Complex is approx. 25 minutes drive and Oliva Nova 18 hole Golf Complex approx. 30 kms.
Travelling to the Property
Moraira with its good balance of excellent restaurants, bars and shops is less than a 5 minute drive. Market day is Friday. There are other resorts up and down the coast such as Altea, Benidorm, Calpe, Denia, Gandia and Oliva, all within a 30 minute to 1 hour drive.
Useful Distances
Alicante airport is 95 km to the south, (approx. 1 hour and 15 minute drive) and Valencia airport is 135 km to the north. The AP-7 motorway is from Alicante, take exit 63 for Benissa and Moraira is just 12 km from here.
Further Details
Changeover days are on Saturdays during June, July and August, and flexible for other months. It is requested that guests vacated by 10 am and access on arrival is available from 4 pm.
