A beautiful executive home located within a period villa sitting right on the shores of Lake Como boasting majestic lake and mountain views.
The apartment, set in a sunny position in the heart of tremezzina, the most sought after area on the lake, is located directly on the lake and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms set over two levels.
Features include a lift located inside the apartment to access the bedrooms from the living room, lakeside living inside and out from the private and spacious terrace.
Four beautifully appointed and spacious bedrooms with three bathrooms (2 bathrooms with showers, 1 with bath) one of which is ensuite.
The home is nestled within acres of parkland featuring a swimming pool, darsena private boat mooring and private parking.
As you would expect from a villa of this standing, the home as been tastefully appointed with only the highest qualities and furnishings at every turn.
The villa is accessed from a private remote control gate with a sweeping drive to the main entrance of the villa.
Steps inside the villa take you to the private entrance where the kitchen with all mod cons and lounge with views of the dramatic lake and mountain panorama lead to private lake view balcony with a large terrace for dining alfresco.
Four bedrooms are located over two levels. The upper level, located on the top floor and therefore beneath the roof is where three of the four bedrooms are located featuring air conditioning.
Outside the home the vast garden parkland provide plenty of space to explore the grounds whilst you take in the wonderful lake and mountain scenery. For guests who wish to bring their own boat or hire one, a private boat mooring is available to our guests at the villa.

This beautiful apartment was incredible. Great location with views across the lake. Close walking distance to ferry, restaurants and cafes for morning coffee. I would recommend this to all types of holiday goers. We were four single people who enjoyed a bedroom each. The internal lift was handy for luggage whilst we also used external stairs between upstairs and downstairs. The balcony is a great space for dining and sun baking. The kitchen had all the facilities including coffee making and some basics (salt, pepper, sugar, oil etc). Lenno was great for the morning sun and overlooking Bellagio for sunset. A great aspect! We walked to Villa Balbianello (about 40 minutes and a bit hilly), which was gorgeous and caught a water taxi back. Grand Hotel Tremezzo is only 1 ferry stop away. We loved it!

Our stay in this beautiful villa apartment was wonderful. We were six adults experiencing the Lake Como region for the first time. Upon arrival we were met by our contact Gemma , she was so friendly and explained everything we needed to know about about our AirBnB stay as well as recommending restaurants etc. We rented a boat for a couple of days literally two doors down, an easy experience. My husband enjoyed tooling around the waterfront on the gorgeous lake. We loved lounging by our pool in the mornings and also dining alfresco while enjoying beautiful sunsets on our own terrace . Our location was absolutely perfect, walkable to restaurants , markets and gelato via the “green walk” path . We had wonderful weather our entire visit! We visited Lake Lugano Switzerland as it was about an hour car ride away. Checking out we were kindly met by Lorenzo who confirmed the process. We highly recommend this property/ apartment to anyone looking to visit the area.

The VIEW cannot be beaten! Perfect location. 5 min walk to ferry and restaurants. Pool was wonderful. Gemma was very helpful. Boat rental next door.
