Villa Parra is located in the village of Vale de Parra where you have several local restaurants, bars, shops and a lage Super Market and just 5 minutes’ drive you have the Praia da Gale beach with also lots of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Within 10 minutes ‘drive you also have Albufeira Town.
The newly renovated interior of this one level villa with a comfortable open plan living/dining room has modern-traditional designs and furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen has a light, airy feel with access onto the pool area.
The villa as a master bedroom with double bed an on-suite bathroom and air condition which also as a door opening onto the swimming pool. The two other bedrooms, both with twin beds and air condition, one as on suite bathrooms with shower, there is also a separate bathroom with a shower that the other twin room can use.
Outside you have a good size swimming pool, shower, two nice sitting areas with lots of shade, BBQ area with a nice dining table to have meals al-fresco. There is also ping pong table and table football.

A 25% Deposit is due within 5 business days from the day of booking (non refundable).

A breakage deposit of €300 to be paid on arrival and will be given back in cash on the day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
All payments have to be made by bank transfer.
