Villa Vista Village is a spacious 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom detached villa with private swimming pool perfectly located in the popular area of the Old Village.
The villa is within 10 minutes walk from the centre of Vilamoura and a short walk from the famous Old Village offering a good selection of bars/restaurants and supermarket. This villa is a very popular villa in an excellent location for the buzzing nightlife in Vilamoura.
The villa is fully air-conditioned for comfort and offers several balconies to enjoy the Algarve sunshine. There is an open plan lounge with dining area which leads through to the kitchen. One bedroom and one bathroom can also be found on the ground floor level with the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor.
Ground Floor
Welcoming spacious Entrance Hall. The air-conditioned lounge area is pleasant and bright and is joined with the dining area (also air-conditioned). There are 4 sets of patio doors leading to balconies at the front of the house and overlooking the pool and gardens. The villa has satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
From the dining area there is an interconnecting door to the fully equipped kitchen with balcony and separate utility room with washing machine. The bedroom on this floor has twin beds, air-conditioning. Adjacent bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and twin sinks
Sweeping staircase to First floor
Bedroom 2, air-conditioned double with safe in the wardrobe.
Bedroom 3, air-conditioned twin with balcony overlooking the pool and en-suite WC and sink.
Bedroom 4, master double en suite. Air-conditioned and private balcony to the front. The en-suite has Jacuzzi bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and twin sinks. There is also a Family bathroom, bath with overhead shower, WC, bidet and twin sinks.
Exterior
Large private swimming pool with ladder and roman steps. Built in barbeque with adjacent sink, secure off-road parking.
