Description
'LE NOSTALGIQUE' is a Prime Location apartment and ideally located in the heart of Cannes, the 'Carré d'Or'.It only take 5min walk to the Festival hall.
The apartment is suitably for 4 to 5 guests.
There are 4 clients keys available for total independency !
Minimum stay September - June: 3 days
Minimum stay July + August: 6 days
LE NOSTALGIQUE is on the 2nd floor with lift.
This very bright and quiet apartment is equipped with Air Conditioning throughout.
There is strong wifi (we have fibre since early 2024) and a flat screen TV with International channels.
The apartment has its own secure underground parking on level -2 which is available on request.
There are 2 bedrooms. All beds are convertible into double or single beds.
There is a double sofa-bed is in the living room.
Each bedroom has its own "en suite" shower room.
Babies are very welcome!
We have a baby bed and high chair as well as plastic plates, cups and cutlery.
LE NOSTALGIQUE perfectly suits business people and holiday makers alike.
The 'Palais des festivals' (Congress & exhibition centre) is only 3min walk away.
It only take 1 min to reach the CROISETTE (beaches) and the most well known shopping street "rue d'Antibes".
The train and main bus station are within 5-7 min walk and it only takes 30-40 min by car to reach Nice airport.
A car is NOT a must but our secure parking on level -2 is available on request.
Everything is reachable within less then 10min walking distance: 5 star hotels, exclusive stores like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Rolex and Fred, restaurants, cinemas, night clubs, public as well as private beaches, the old port and the old town.

(meet & greet on arrival, washing of all linen & towels + the end of stay cleaning)
350.-E security deposit.
The deposit will be returned on the day of departure if all ok

By Lydia on 14-May-2024The Curzon team stayed here for the Cannes Film Festival and it couldn't have been more ideal for a work group sharing - the location was perfect (5 mins walk to the Palais) and the flat's layout was great, and the WIFI excellent. With two en-suite bedrooms (twin beds) and a shared loo in the hallway, plus a remarkably comfortable sofa-bed in the living room (with privacy), and a separate kitchen which led out to one of the three balconies that also had a dining table. The person sleeping on the sofa can only access a shower via a bedroom, but that wasn't a problem for us. Our host, Bettina, was so efficient and kind, responding quickly, and going out of her way to alleviate any concerns we had. I want to keep this little gem a secret, so we can book it again next year!

Grateful for the parking that was available and the elevator since we were carrying heavy suitcases. Also liked the security of the building. Overall, a really terrific experience.

It was perfectly located between the Croisette and Rue D’Antibes. I''m very close to the Palais MD festival. Bettina was gracious and very helpful, both incoming and outgoing and quite frankly ever since nine 2020 when we had first reserved the apartment and it was cancelled due to Covid, my friend and I are so happy to have had another few weeks of pleasure in CANNES

L''appartamento è ampio e molto confortevole, ben fornito di tutto il necessario. la posizione è centrale vicinissima alla Croisette, alla spiaggia ed al Palazzo del Festival. Il Box auto sotto casa molto apprezzato. Il Sig.ra Bettina molto gentile e professionale al nostro arrivo. Da tenere in considerazione per future vacanze Silvio 24/3/2023
