This charming 3-bedroom villa is located just behind the centre of Plan-de-la-Tour village in a private domain. This is an ideal location to be part of the lively village which offers a street market shops, restaurants and bars plus all within 5 minutes’ walk from the villa Or relax and enjoy the comforts of home.
The villa is at the end of a row of two storey apartments that share the large pool which can be accessed from the rear garden. The property offers a private parking bay for 2 cars, a small front garden and a lovely sunny garden to the rear.
The rear garden has a locked and gated entrance, this is where you access the villa.
You walk into an open living area that has a high ceiling with a small balcony to the upper floor. The living area has two sofas, TV and Wi-Fi. The rrecently fitted kitchen is located at the far end of the living area. Also, on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and WC.
