The property consists of two independent houses, Villa Piscis and House Tres (3), located next to each other. Villa Piscis has private pool, gardens, patio and outdoor living areas. This unique property makes it ideal for large families, groups of friends, multi-generational holidays or remote-working groups who want to spend time together while still enjoying their own privacy.
The houses can be rented individually or together, depending on your group’s needs.

Set in a quiet location between Mojácar and Turre, Villa Piscis is in the municipality of Mojácar, only 5 km / 3 miles from Mojácar beaches, around 8 minutes by car.

This is a place for slow mornings, sunny pool days and relaxed evenings outside: coffee on the patio, games in the shade, cooking together in the large SMEG kitchen, a barbecue dinner under the stars, or a glass of wine while the sun sets over the mountains.

The villa is a great starting point for excursions, cycling, running and walking.

Mojácar Playa is only around 8 minutes away by car and offers beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafés, tapas bars, beach bars and watersports.

Mojácar Pueblo, with its white houses, charming old streets and beautiful views, is also nearby and perfect for wandering, drinks or dinner.

Turre is close for supermarkets, local restaurants, tapas bars, cafés and everyday needs. Golf courses are nearby, and Cabo de Gata Natural Park is within easy driving distance for more beautiful beaches, nature and scenic day trips.
