Casa Pinosierra is a four bedroom villa in Mojácar Playa , overlooking the beach and sleeping up to 8 people.This delightful property offers stunning sea views , free private parking, and free Wifi , with plenty of outdoor seating also available .

Offering direct access to a terrace with beautiful sea views, the spacious air-conditioned villa consists of 4 double bedrooms. Two with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. A further double bedroom with king size bed. A twin bedroom , And a third family bathroom. (In total 3 bathrooms)
The large open plan sitting room/ dining room includes a satellite TV and hifi.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and a microwave, and a utility room with washing machine.
The villa is approached down a long private driveway, with wrought iron gates to a large parking area and private entrance.
Outside there is a large dining table and chairs, sunbeds , and further comfortable seating. And for those times when you'd rather not eat out, you can cook on the barbecue.
All rooms have air conditioning.
The fantastic beach is just down the hill from the property and offers safe Blue Flag bathing.
Guests at Villa Casa Pinosierra will be able to enjoy activities in and around Mojácar, There are three golf courses within easy reach. Excellent cycling ( cycle hire shops nearby) and hiking is superb. There is a waterpark nearby , crazy golf , scuba diving , boat trips etc.
This end of Mojacar Playa has an amazing range of restaurants , bars and beach bars. Something for all tastes and budgets.
Almeria Airport is approx 50 minutes away by car. Murcia Airport about 90 minutes.

Beautiful villa with amazing views
By Helen on 19-Jul-2026We loved our stay in Villa Pinosierra. We were a family of 6 and found it was a very spacious villa, all on one level except for 3 steps leading from the drive. The views were spectacular from the patio and bedrooms. The villa had lovely furnishings with a very comfy sofa, huge outdoor table for entertaining and a very well equipped kitchen. We were able to enjoy some fantastic barbecues while there. It had very effective air con throughout and kept cool even in the heat of the day. It was located up a steep hill and along a private drive and so it was very secluded. The pool was a good size and depth so cooling off and the kids to play. Laurain provided lots of helpful information beforehand and in a folder and she response to any question very quickly. We plan on going back again next year.

Beautiful villa with amazing views
By Helen on 19-Jul-2026We had a wonderful stay in Mojacar. The villa is all on one level apart from 2 steps from the drive onto the path leading to the front door. It was very spacious with lovely furnishings and a very comfortable sofa. It was extremely well equipped with loads of towels, comfy, good sized beds and all the kitchen and barbecue utensils you’d need so we were able to barbecue regularly with ease. The setting was up a steep road from the main Playa road with a private drive leading to the villa so it was well secluded and had the most spectacular, panoramic views. The pool was a decent size and depth so you could cool off and the kids could play. You could walk down to the main road to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants in about 15 mins but it is steep. Laurain provided lots of helpful information and was quick to respond. We plan on going back again next year.
Beautiful villa
By Laura Price on 05-Jul-2025The gorgeous photos of this villa do not do it justice - absolutely stunning location about 15 minutes walk from the main street, on its own private road. Gorgeous mountain views, spacious, inside and out. Very clean, 4 huge bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus large kitchen with everything you could need. Outside a variety of seating areas including outdoor table and barbeque, plus a lovely size pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, owners were excellent with communication throughout, we would not hesitate to rebook.
