Description
Located close to amenities in a popular area in the resort of Costa Teguise this 5 bedroom villa is perfect for a family holiday and couples. The property is on 2 levels with the main 4 bedroom villa on the ground level and a 1 bedroom self contained apartment on the first floor accessed by an external staircase (please note there is an additional cost for 8 or less guests). Each sitting room has an air con/heating unit also two of the bedrooms downstairs and the upstairs bedroom. A secluded rectangular private pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with a hot tub to seat 6. The interior is comfortably furnished throughout with modern fitted kitchens in the apartment and villa with filtered water. The popular town square with bars restaurants and weekly market is just a five minute walk and the sandy beach of Las Cucharas just a 10 minute stroll. This central but peaceful location is perfect for a get away from it all holiday.The villa plus apartment can sleep up to 12 guests plus infants. Prices below are based on up to 4 people sharing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
By Tracey on 05-Apr-2022Stayed at Casa Broon with the extended family for 2 weeks. We had the main villa and the apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Facilities were excellent. Close to the Square and local shops and beach. Would definitely recommend. Tracey Evans

By Michelle on 02-Oct-2022Had a fabulous stay at Casa Broon . What a fantastic villa, everything you need for a perfect holiday. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. Costa Teguise is a perfect resort with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Our last night dinner was spent in El Patio . What a lovely restaurant. Top tip - if you order the mixed grill don't have a starter! Michelle, janice, Jill, Ian, Caroline and Lyn - Defo be back!
