Description
The property is on 2 levels with two bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Terraces from the two upstairs bedrooms enjoy views across the resort to the sea. The downstairs terrace is furnished with outdoor table and chairs and sunbeds with the pool being south facing allowing for all day sunshine. The popular town square of Pueblo Marinero with bars restaurants and weekly market is just a 10-15 minute walk and the main sandy beach of Las Cucharas about the same.*** Please note that one of the bedrooms is a double sofa bed.

Fantastic Villa
By Darren on 09-Feb-2021Stayed in your fantastic villa. No problems at all. We have really enjoyed our stay and we'll definately be back. We have been to Lanzarote 8 times now and this has to be our best stay yet. Louise and hubby do a 1st class job, thank you both so much. The villa is very well stocked . in fact I don't think there was anything I needed and could not find. Thank you for a very pleasant.

By Charlie on 08-Dec-2019Stayed in Costa Teguise 5 times and this is definately the best villa . Great layout, everything you need and good air flow. Beds are comfy, pool is amazing and location is excellent. Pool guy and Louise are spot on as are the cleaning crew. Indian over near Blue Bay is excellent for Indian & Pizza . Hiperdino is your best bet for local groceries. Trip pick ups are usually Blue Bay or Playa Bastian (10 minutes)

By Tom on 05-Feb-2002Had a lovely stay at this villa. Villa is very well equipped (also with floaties for the pool). Some very nice restaurants within walking distance at the square. One of our favourites was Caesars. bedrooms can be very warm at night. Would definately stay here again.
