Fabulous villa and pool
By Mairead Conlan on 02-Jul-2026As a group of four adults and four young teenagers this was an ideal base for our Costa Teguise trip. Ten minute walk from the promenade and a lovely twenty minute stroll into the main area. Fabulous generously sized and pool and lovely villa with lots of indoor and outdoor living spaces and Sue and Des couldn't be more helpful. A bit hot at night as it was a heat wave!! Wonderful trip and will be back.

Perfect for 3 generations

Wow
By Dres Floan on 07-Jun-2026What can we say but wow. Stumbled across Sues villa last year on Facebook. She kindly agreed for us to visit while we were stayin in Costa Tequise. Booked straightaway. What can we say the villa is very well equipped with everything you would need . A home away from home. Sue communicated very well over the course of the year, and during our stay. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Washing machine was a godsend ( travelled with a group of family including 3 children). Pool was heated, only downside was newly installed artifcal grass around the villa which looks lovely but got very hot under foot, advise having something on your feet. Bedrooms had everything you need , comfortable beds, air con and ceiling fans . We had to leave the villa once in our 12 day stay for 2.5 hours so that there could be a full clean done which wasnt a problem and her husband came a few times during our stay to clean the pool. Tv provided in the lounge and all the bedrooms. Sue also left a small welcome pack , milk , tea bags etc. Any items we used in the villa they ask that you replace ie, washing up liquid, soap powder , condiments etc. We left items of food etc for next guests. There is a great childrens play area with a trampoline, a locked shed which you have access to with bikes, scooters, prams, baby items and loads of kids toys. Plenty areas to sit around the inside and outside of the villa. Towels are provided in all bedrooms, pool and beach towels are also provided. Over all a excellant villa and will defo be booking again

Great for all the family
By Lisa on 18-May-2026Stayed in Villa Victoria for 12 nights with 8 family members from 4-71 years. We all had a great time. Sue is very helpful host the reviews about her are true nothing is too much trouble. She is a fantastic host. For families nearby there is soft play in santa rosa €5 an hour very good. Pool in villa lovely and warm but is deep for those that aren't confident swimmers. Lots of sitting areas outside for sitting relaxing. The little kids play area was a hit especially the trampoline.

Super family villa

Honestly, it had everything you could possibly want for a perfect family holiday. The villa was spacious, spotless, and beautifully equipped. Loved the private, gated grounds with loads of outdoor seating to relax in. The pool was a massive hit, especially with the grandkids! Sue was very attentive and informative before and during our stay. Would we return? Absolutely. We can’t recommend this property highly enough for a family getaway.
