Villa Salamandra is in a prime location on a quiet (& arguably the most prestigious) road in the San Jaime area of Son Bou. The villa is south-facing & offers the luxury of large balconies on all levels - meaning every room enjoys fantastic panoramic sea views & stunning sunsets (often incorporating the silhouetted island of neighbouring Majorca). It also overlooks the nature reserve at Son Bou which is home to a variety of beautiful Mediterranean birds & wildlife. Villa Salamandra is ideal for families of all ages & really does offer everything you could possibly need for a successful holiday. It is highly recommended for those seeking a relaxing break with everything on their doorstep. No need for a car as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and beach are a maximum of 10 minutes stroll.• Large private overflow pool and Jacuzzi for your exclusive use.

Stunning villa
By Pete kenny on 25-Jul-20265/5 from the moment we booked with Howard .. the villa is amazing clean tidy and just a joy to be in for a week then views are wonderful the beach is a short walk as are bars and restaurants we have been to menorca 5 times and this is the best villa we have stayed in .son bou ..don't hesitate to book you'll thoroughly enjoy your time can't thank Howard enough brilliant through the booking process..we don't do much on our hols we like to relax by the pool ..and an added bonus a whirlpool perfect we will be going to this villa again..
Perfect family villa

The owner was very responsive at all times and entry to the property was straightforward. The view, amenities and perfect weather meant we spent little time inside but we did appreciate the well stocked kitchen. It was great that the pool and upper terrace were gated to keep little ones safe. A great villa for a family holiday.

By Stella and Trevor on 23-May-2026This is a lovely villa in a very good location. Extremely clean and very well equipped. Terraces on all floors with great views of the sea and wonderful sunsets. The pool area is fab, with plenty of sun beds and a downstairs WC and kitchen which is super helpful- as three floors down from the main villa kitchen. The pool itself is a joy. Very big and very clean. Not far at all from the centre of Son Bou which has multiple bars/ restaurants/shops and about ten minutes walk to the beach - which is very sandy (no rocks in the water) but the tide is shallow so you need to wade out a bit to swim! The villa has everything you could possibly need from hairdryers to air con. We liked it so much we’ve already booked again. All communications with the owner have been courteous, timeous and helpful.

Stunning views, amazing breeze though the villa, pool is huge, extremely clean, great location and the best family holiday ever!!!! Howard was so helpful and very easy to contact and got back to me very fast. My children had the best time at the villa and loved the pool table! The bbq is a great extra for a yummy dinner next to the stunning pool and watching the most stunning sunset!! I would highly recommend this villa and can’t wait to go back! The bars, restaurants and beach are so easy to get to from this villa walking distance. This was good for my dad as his older and not so good walking to far! Super happy!!!!! Thank you for having us and we will be back xxxx
An amazing villa
By Neil on 31-May-2025We booked this villa for our holiday of 2 weeks and it couldn’t of been better such lovely villa very spacious with great views over son bou you get to enjoy the sunrise and set from the balcony's .it has a truly amazing swimming pool with a hot tub which was used everyday without fail and it is maintained to a high standard. By the pool there’s a bbq area again well used a pool room small kitchen area and a lemon tree in the garden pick your own to complement the local Mahón gin 😁 this was the first time in Menorca for us and although it’s a small island there is plenty to do every beach is stunning night markets are great and everywhere is friendly and welcoming I recommend hiring a car to appreciate the island as anywhere on it is no more than 40 minutes away . Howard the owner was great with communication and helpful all in all we throughly enjoyed ourselves and will no doubt be back in the future Howard Thanks for sharing your property with us All the best
