A semi – detached property with 2 double bed rooms sleeping up to 4 people.
Situated just a 5 minute walk from beaches, shops, sea front and eateries yet set in a peaceful central location, Paving on the front of the property offers safe off-road parking for 2 vehicles – (a valuable bonus with expensive and limited parking in busy Broadstairs).
The cottage is centrally heated.
Ground floor comprises front hall, lounge, separate dining room, separate kitchen. Facilities include, Samsung Smart TV, Humax PVR , DVD player and radio cassette/CD player. Free WiFi is included. Wide selection of DVDs and books available.
Dining room – with dining table, 4 chairs plus 2 stools (for entertaining visiting friends) and a high chair for young baby/child.
Double doors lead onto a small Walled Rear Garden (with decking, table and 4 chairs) private, pretty, and secure offering a breakfast area plus safe play environment for small children away from public highways..
A large contemporary kitchen with fitted units (breakfast table with seating for 2) electric hob, fan assisted oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.
Ground floor also includes thermostatically controlled, walk in, shower cubicle and WC.
First Floor large Front Bedroom – overlooking parking area, double bed with luxury memory foam mattress, duvet, bedside tables with lamps, radio alarm, dressing table, fully fitted wardrobes, fitted carpet, there is also a Greco travel cot available as required.
First floor Rear bedroom – overlooking the back garden, good size double bedroom containing two single beds with duvets, bedside lamp and table, multi drawer unit and single wardrobe, fitted carpet.
First floor Bath/Shower Room – comprising bath with thermostatically controlled shower facility and washbasin. Also a separate adjacent room with WC.
All bed linen and tea towels are included and property is cleaned at each turn around (which is usually weekly). Electricity usage together with Gas central heating and hot water is included in the rental price.
Strictly No Smoking within, and in vicinity of, property.
No pets.

A perfect home from home

Harbourlights itself is a gem! A perfect home from home. Lovely! 5 out of 5 from us. Next time we're planning on staying in Broadstairs, this place is top of the list. By Collard Family on 23-Aug-2025We have had a fantastic holiday at Harbour lights 16/8/25 to 23/8/25. The house was spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you need for a family holiday house. The house is very spacious and really well equipped. The location of the house is amazing, it is two minutes walk to the seafront and beach and all of the shops, pubs and restaurants as well. This makes it a perfect spot to stay as it was really easy to pop to the beach or out in the evenings without the long walk of our previous stays in Broadstairs, coupled with this is the parking spaces outside the property which made it an easy place to head out for the day from. We highly recommend this property for a fantastic holiday in beautiful Broadstairs. Right near everything but super quiet and tucked away. The owners were great at communicating and responding to any questions, super helpful. Definitely one of the best holiday houses we have ever stayed in. The Collard family, August 2025

Comfortable central cottage

Super cottage

We had good friends over and they were super impressed, it was so nice to have beach walks for the last few days. The cottage was extremely cosy and we had the musical fish in the bathroom.
