Birches’ Roost is a single level, spacious, detached bungalow with enclosed garden and 6' high gates.Off-road parking for two cars + large garage/cycle store + ample parking adjacent to property.
Two bedrooms: Sleeps 4 people (1 king size and 2 single beds.) Plenty space in both bedrooms to have a cot (which can be supplied upon request).
Up to two well behaved dogs welcome, free of charge. . Additional dogs by agreement + £10 each.
Large kitchen with dining area off
Electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle
Check in/out 11 am.
Very good WiFi.

Situated in the centre of a small but vibrant rural village, in the footprint of St. Patrick’s Church, Patrington (aka The Queen of Holderness), with a wide variety of shops, cafes, take-aways, a garage, and a public house all within a five minutes walking distance.
Birches' Roost is three miles from several dog friendly beaches. Beautiful Spurn Head is a 14 minute drive away! It is near to a variety of walks along the bank of the River Humber, and two miles from Hollym nature reserve and walk.
Hull Train Station is 16 miles
Good, regular, bus route through Patrington in all directions!
Beverley Race Course is 25 miles

️Fabulous Find ️
By Elizabeth on 27-May-2026Firstly the owner Elizabeth is an absolute treasure exceptionally helpful and understanding about my concerns I mauder to much about our 14 year old collie. The bungalow itself is very spacious comfortable and very clean and has everything you will need including shower caps 🥰 the garden is very private secure and a lovely sun trap with loads of butterfly's and birds. and not a bad view of the church.! Patrington is a lovely friendly village with great access to bus routes and walks. For us it was probably the best equipped cottage we have rented. Let's not forget the 11am check in time which made for an excellent chilled first day the 14 year old puppyboy settled immediately and got a new lease of life in the garden. Don't hesitate to book

Elizabeth is a wonderful host who is so lovely, we definitely will be back to Birches Roost!

Fantastic bungalow
By Dawn Bennett on 02-Apr-2026This is my second stay at Birches, and it's just so perfect! Patrington has everything you could need, including an amazing chippy! The bungalow has an amazing dog friendly wrap around, gated garden, and is so peaceful in the shadows of St Patrick's Church. Withersea, Spurn and Easington are all close by. Everything is just perfect, and Elizabeth is such a lovely host who I now consider a friend. We will be back for more! PS, also check out Withersea lighthouse!
