Description
Our cottage can accommodate families/groups of up to 16 people. The wall between the two main living areas can move to make one open plan space. The house can be sub-divided to allow smaller groups to book what they need. All the rooms are on one level with corridors and doors wheel chair accessible.
We offer ceiling track hoists in three of the ensuite bedrooms leading to wet rooms with baths. The decor takes account of those with sensory impairments and the sound proofed walls ensure a peaceful stay. Guests can create their own package to include any number of the following:
16 guests
8 bedrooms with ensuite wetrooms
2 studio apartments
2 lounge/kitchen/dining areas separated by a movable wall
Accessibility built-in
Rear view of the Rings and car park
During the construction of the Rings cottage, we worked with award winning architects “Chambers McMillan” who have a proven record in designing accommodation for those with additional physical needs.
What came out of that collaboration was an award winning building in its own right that is inclusive and homely rather than exclusive and clinical.
View showing a long, wheelchair accessible corridor
The dream with the Rings was always to create a place where families of all abilities could holiday in comfort. That’s why our corridors had wheelchair accessibility built into them from the start.
All our doorways, including those leading into bedrooms, lounge areas and wet rooms are wide enough to fit most wheelchairs through. Turning circles have also been thought about in each of the rooms making it the ideal place to come and stay.
The cottage has been built in such a unique way, that there are 23 different options for how we can book it out. This means that you only need to book what you need for your group. If you would like advice on which bespoke combination of rooms you should take, please contact us, we are happy to help!
