What a jewel Doeset Croft is. Nestled on a south face hill we enjoyed the sun for mist of the day. Inside the double bedded cottage which is all in a single level I'd equipped to a very high standard. The welcome package was great and our old dog was well catered for. It is ideally situated for those who want to do a bit if hiking or explore the many attractions in the area. The owners are really lovely and gave us our own space. However, when I burnt the toast and set off the alarm they came around immediately. The location is also well situated for a complete getaway. Come prepared with all your provisions and leave the world behind. All the admin associated with the booking was first class.
Beautiful location and accommodation. Very peaceful. Everything we could have wished for for a relaxing break in the stunning Dorset countryside. Extra special touches were much appreciated
What a wonderful experience! We absolutely loved the peaceful location and rural surroundings. The perfect stay if you want to get away from it all yet a pub in 15 minute walk and a shop 2 miles down the lane. Perfect hosts and a fantastic stay! The dog loved his complimentary treats and his owners loved the cider and oatmeal biscuits! Just the thing after a long day of hill walking or beachcombing. Probably one of the best places to stay, we will definitely be back!
Gareth was very friendly and the accommodation was a perfect getaway for several nights. A great location to head off to nearby towns like Lyme Regis and Bridport
Lovely peaceful location. Great walking from the door. Everything we needed in the property.
We have had a lovely restful break which is what we were looking for and everything that you need was there for you, even ciderwhich was great. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there, so peaceful except maybe a baa from the sheep which my puppy really loved. Lovely to wake up to no traffic. Would love to be there in the lovely sunny weather as the terrace is super.
