This is the best cottage we have ever stayed in. The outside flowers were stunning and the cottage itself was so comfortable and well equipped, we couldn't fault it. We were met on our arrival with Linda's home made coffee and walnut cake and lovely cookies, what a treat. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts Linda and Michael, their attention to detail is second to none. We could have sat all day in the comfortable reclining chairs admiring the view from the master bedroom, across the Devon countryside. We can't wait to return in April to this very special place.
This is our fifth stay and we have already booked for next year. Everything is perfect about this cottage. The stunning gardens, the cleanliness, the facilities, the stunning views from the balcony, Linda's lovely cake and biscuits and the location (we don't drive the car at all whilst we stay here as the bus stop is a few minutes walk away or you can walk into Starcross which takes approx. 35 minutes and get the train or the ferry. But the main reason we keep coming back is down to the Hosts Linda and Michael who go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay and nothing is ever too much trouble. It's just perfect in every way.
