Welcome to Hafod Grove sleeping 27 in 10 bedrooms this spacious, comfortable property enjoys an idyllic setting within The beautiful Pembrokeshire Coastal Park. Totally surrounded by huge private grounds for guests to relax or play in.
Ideal for Families & Friends, Holidays and short breaks. The huge kitchen dining room (16 x 33') makes it the ideal venue for large group get-togethers and celebrations. .
Please note a weekend Hafod Grove is from 4 pm Friday until 3 pm Sunday which saves you booking an extra night or rushing off early on Sunday morning.
There are two excellent sandy beaches nearby just 3.5 miles in either direction: Newport Traeth totally dog friendly and Poppit Sands with a wide dog friendly area. From the upper windows you can see the sea and part of the famous Pembrokeshire Coastal path so ideal for walkers where it passes around our local beauty spot of Ceibwr bay. There are numerous local sports & activities such as coasteering, horse riding, golf and fishing to name but a few.
A variety of markets, galleries and craft centres to visit and the scenery is an inspiration to artists. Of course there are also several micro breweries to visit along the way.
Equidistant 5 miles from the market town of Cardigan with it's shops bars and restaurants and the estuary village of Newport and on the outskirts of the pretty village of Moylegrove.. Located not far from the Preseli Mountains in North Pembrokeshire, Hafod Grove makes an excellent touring base for exploring the 3 counties of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Cardiganshire.
The space
Hafod Grove House is very spacious and private and comfortably furnished. A particular favourite with our guests is the 32' x 16' kitchen dining room with seating for up to 26 guests. The dining area is spacious with comfortable chairs and two huge tables. This is an excellent venue for celebrations and family gatherings.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric range cooker plus an Aga in winter. There are the normal modcons dishwasher, American fridge with icemaker, Belfast sink and marble topped island. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside Hafod Grove is surrounded by approximately 1.5 acres of private grounds with swings and lots of room for games for and things for children to explore. Situated on a quiet lane the House is set back some 90 metres from the road. There are two separate entrance drives and parking for 8 cars minimum.
Please note I can only accept weekend (minimum 2 nights but guests can stay until 3pm on Sunday so no rushing off ) or Mid-week Bookings (minimum 4 nights) during Term Time. School holidays are 7 night Friday - Friday bookings.
Christmas has a minimum of 4 nights and New Year minimum is 3 nights

Guest access
Guest access is normally from 4pm and exit is normally 10am The price includes entire property (please refer to the floorplan) excluding the cellar and attic.
Included in the price is:
All bedlinen, teatowels, hand towels and bath mats (personal towels are option extras), Central heating, Electricity for the House (not electric vehicles) wifi and smart tvs.
The House is in a Rural/ Coastal idyllic setting within the Pembrokeshire National park.
We frequently have Tesco home deliveries which are useful for guests. There are many local sports and activities available as well as gorgeous sandy beaches. The area is a nature-lover's delight and ideal walking, riding or cycling country.
