New to Simply Owners - Holm Oak is our holiday home in Tenby. It is an extremely comfortable, well appointed , detached house located a 15min walk to the town and beaches of Tenby via a footpath/cycleway.We are equidistant Tenby Saundersfoot by car, around 5mins
There is an outdoor pool available during the summer months (heated) access to which is via lockable gates. The large permanently sited hot tub is available for your stay at an extra cost. There is an outdoor dining area and lawn. WiFi signal is good throughout. The family room has toys, dvds and games. Travel cot and high chairs available.
The space
A lovely place summer and winter for a relaxing break. Holm Oak is situated along a no through road and just a 15 min traffic free walk into Tenby. It is a very spacious house with kitchen/ breakfast room, dining room, sitting room, sun room and a family room. You can see the sea from all the bedrooms and upstairs balcony which is accessible from two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a super king bed and en suite with a shower , bedroom 2 has a king size bed and is also en-suite shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the family bath/shower room. Bedroom 3 is a double and bedroom 4 at present double but by summer 2024 will be king zip and link
There is a lawned area and an outside dining table area. There is a BBQ which can be used but must be left clean. The swimming pool is located behind a lockable gate and is heated May - early September. A hot tub can be hired if requested at an extra charge.
Other things to note
2night minimum stay except 7n minimum peak summer in general.
Maximum 8 including children
No parking outside of property gates -max 3cars
