A light and airy 4 bedroom Town House with contemporary decor only 1/2 minutes walk from Swanage’s sandy beach and just 70 metres from the South West coastal footpath, The White House is ideal for two families, one large family, four couples or a group of friends. With a large enclosed south facing patio, great kitchen/dining room, lounge with a wood-burning stove it is a house for all seasons. In addition, one well behaved dog is welcome! If you don’t like steep slopes or steps then a gentler walk to the beach is 5/10minsThe White House has four large double bedrooms (one King size bed, and three twins, with an option to have one or two made up as superkings), three bathrooms ( 2 ensuite), a large kitchen/dining room seating 10, a comfortable lounge, utility room and large entrance hall for buckets/spades and walking boots, making this a real holiday home. The house has BT infinity wifi, plus off-road parking for two cars as well as additional on-street parking and an EV charger. The location provides easy access to beach bars, water sports, an indoor gym, restaurants and a pub, all within a few minutes walk from the house, and is just a half mile walk along the beach to Swanage town centre. Please note the house is on 3 floors, ideal for 2 families to have a floor each with 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms on each. There is no downstairs loo but 3 upstairs!

Fantastic holiday accommodation
By Andy Sayers on 26-Jun-2026This was a great house to stay in with grandparents plus 3 daughters and partners plus a baby and toddler. Everything we needed and great to have plenty of utensils etc. another bonus was the shed with beach things to use and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely recommend to friends if visiting Swanage. Sian a great communicator and really quick to answer any questions.
Fabulous place to stay
By Elaine on 27-Jun-2026Fabulous place to stay for a large family of all ages... well equipped and thoughtful little touch's (forgotten Birthday candles )perfect spot to leave the car for a week and walk to everything, house was superb, clean with exceptional comfy beds. Sian was a delight to deal with.Highly recommend

The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the beach, the town centre. It made exploring Swanage incredibly easy, and we loved being able to pop out for morning walks by the sea to grab a coffee! A brilliant spot for a family break. The house has a really flexible setup for guests, with a cosy lounge and a great kitchen space, the big table was perfect for family meals and evening games. We all had a great time. Thanks Sian

Wonderful family week
By Louise on 23-May-2026We had a wonderful family week at Sian's house, the beds were so comfortable (& huge) and we had everything we needed! So close to the doggie beach and a 10 minute wander into town. Parking for 3 which is always a treat in Swanage. Thank you x
