Description
The Beach Haven is a luxury, dog friendly, holiday cottage in the seaside town of Bude (Cornwall). Ideally situated just ten minutes stroll to the beaches, National Trust clifftops and the town centre.In addition to the well-appointed interior, there is a lovely, mature, tree-lined garden and a sun-trap decking area with pendant lighting to advantage of the space in the evenings. Sleeping up to eight people plus a cot (but priced for four persons out of the main season) the Beach Haven is perfect for multi generation family gatherings or for a couple of families wanting to take a holiday together and benefit from reduced costs.
Being a bungalow, The Beach Haven is ideally suited for the elderly or disabled and we can also organise the hire of a Mobility Scooter ready for your arrival if desired. There is space on the drive for two cars.

By TH on 03-Oct-2026We enjoyed our stay at The Beach Haven. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The garden is lovely, and the raised viewing deck overlooking the lake is a great place to sit and watch the geese coming and going. Everything we could possibly need was provided and we felt at home very quickly. Very good communication with Tim, the owner, who messaged to make sure everything was ok for us during our stay. Our little dog loved the gardens and the nearby beaches within walking distance, We appreciated the welcome pack, especially the cream tea. The bungalow is at the end of a very quiet close, and is a very peaceful place to relax. Bude town is only a short walk away and there are plenty of choices of cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby.
We will definitely be returning for another fun filled holiday
By AK on 20-Sep-2026Just spent a amazing week here with family. the bungalow was above our expectations and everything you need is at hand. the large garden with decking and another large seating area was beautiful. Also there's a large themed beach hut where I could park and charge my motobility scooter. The location is brilliant only 15 mins to bude center and beach on motobility scooter. We will definitely be returning for another fun filled holiday

We loved the location of the cottage
By DN on 09-May-2026Had a lovely stay at The Beach Haven. The accommodation was furnished to a high standard and was very comfortable and very clean. The owners were so helpful and knowledgeable with the local area, which really meant so much to our family . We loved the location of the cottage, very peaceful, but only a 10 minute walk to the sea and our fur-babies loved the spacious garden.

Owner always available if needed and really enjoyed the cream tea waiting when we arrived.
