Our lovely & very spacious 3 storey 4 bedroom granite-built Victorian villa in the heart of ultra-desirable Falmouth TR11.It is in a great location within 5 minutes walk of the glorious Gylly (sandy) Beach and up-market cafe.
It’s very central, so on quite a busy road but once inside is a haven of calm, comfort and sophistication. It’s got private parking on site (at the rear) and unrestricted parking around it in the nearby streets. Sorry,no smokers,pets or parties permitted. Sleeps up to 8. Min 4 nights please.Flatscreen TVs to all bedrooms and lounge.
It features a top floor huge bedroom suite with double aspect and own en suite shower/w.c (NOTE- steep stairs to this room) 3 further double bedroom-all generous doubles.The first floor has 2 double bedrooms with double beds in each and full furnishing. There's two bathrooms/showers/wcs to this floor and a study/work centre. The ground floor has a large living room and 4th double bedroom overlooks the rear patio and NO stairs. Ideal for an older relative? The ground floor has no wc-but there's plenty in the rest of the house!
ALL the main rooms have 43" flat screen led tvs with streaming apps and superfast broadband.The top floor suite has a 55" flatscreen and own shower.distant sea views too!
