Chill out and relax at Polean Farm 18th century Farmhouse. Unwind in your own private 12 person hot tub/swim spa. A perfect party pad for entertaining a large party group or multigenerational family celebrations.The large Farmhouse kitchen and two lounges are ideal to sit, read or play games. The Farmhouse sleeps 12 with an en suite and a family bathroom on the 1st floor. The fifth bedroom is situated on the ground floor, it’s a Twin room and has access to a separate toilet and separate shower room. The 2nd lounge has a sofa bed and this room can be used as the 6th bedroom..
With a games room/ indoor child friendly soft play area , outdoor playground with climbing frame, trampoline, swings and slides it makes a great place to keep the children entertained.
With beaches just on the door step a superb location for paddle boarding and rock pooling. A large gas bbq in the garden is just perfect for the summer evenings of eating and entertaining outside on the large patio area next to the hot tub.
Enjoy the indoor swimming pool which is only a few minutes away by car, free to use by our guests. You also get access to free entertainment.
Four legged friends are welcome too.

70th Birthday Party
By Amelia on 28-Mar-2026We had such a lovely stay for my Dads 70th. The location was great, with only a short drive to Looe and Polperro. There were 8 adults, 2 children, one infant and 5 dogs and the space was great! The hot tub was a real highlight as well as having use of the indoor play area for the kids and the secure garden for the dogs. It was great value for money. 100% would recommend.
What a Fantastic Stay

The location is perfect, nestled between Looe and Polperro, making it easy to explore so many beautiful beaches, harbour towns, and coastal spots without having to travel far. The farmhouse itself is wonderful—spacious, spotless, and incredibly homely. It was ideal for our large group, especially with six children in tow. The kids absolutely loved having so much space to run around, particularly the large field with the play equipment, and the games room was a huge hit throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and comfortably accommodated our whole party. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived and was exceptionally well maintained. We've made some amazing family memories here and are already looking forward to booking again next year!

The farmhouse was amazing , immaculately clean and had everything we needed , the farm animals were an added bonus my grandchildren loved petting the goats . Would definitely recommend this property we hope to return again .

By Edward on 01-Jul-2024Great accommodation, worked really well for a group of families. Activities on the farm were wonderful for the children and the accommodation is really spacious. Hot tub is a great addition. Maddie and Sarah are very responsive and provided a great experience.
