New to Simply owners.This beautiful holiday home is in the centre of St Merryn and within a 3 minute walk of local amenities.
The house is at the heart of the "Seven bays in seven days" beautiful beaches, either a walk or short drive away. There are plenty of attractions in Cornwall including the Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, Tintagel Castle, Camel Creek Adventure Park & Macdonald's Farm.
Also a short drive away from Padstow and Trevose golf course.
St Merryn has multiple eateries including Rafferty's restaurant, the Cornish Arms (Rick Stein pub), Farmers Arms for great food and a carvery, Pizzeria, Indian street food, Chinese take away & a great fish & chip shop. There is also a local shop and bakery.
Internally the property offers spacious accommodation, furnished to a high standard. This is a 4 bedroom property containing 1 queen en-suite, 1 double, 2 singles and a shared family bathroom to the upstairs.
The well equipped kitchen has a dining table & 6 chairs, a large fridge freezer, double oven, gas hob, toaster, microwave & kettle. It also has a dishwasher and washing machine.
The spacious living room has a comfortable arm chair along with triple and double sofas, a large LCD TV with DVD player along with plenty of DVDs to watch.
The living room double French doors look out into the secure enclosed garden where there is a table and chairs to enjoy the sun.
There are 2 parking spaces and a locked garage to store your beach essentials & bikes, this is where you'll also find the tumble dryer.
No pets.
Towels NOT included.
Peak season bookings are Sunday - Sunday.
We also offer 5 nights stays.
Check in 4pm Check out 10am.

Lovely stay
By Nicole on 01-Aug-2026We had such a lovely stay. The location was absolutely perfect, with beautiful beaches, lovely pubs and everything you could need all within easy reach. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, while also being a lovely, relaxing place to come back to. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! ️

By Elizabeth on 28-Feb-2023The house was clean and a great size for 6 of us. Quiet little street that is so close to the village. We felt very well looked after. The kitchen had everything we needed in it. We will definitely be back next time we come to visit family in St Merryn.
