Late Reduced Availability for weeks in July and August.SEASCAPE was built in the winter of 2007/8 and we have been letting the property since 2013 and many of our customers return year after year.
SEASCAPE`S key features are that it has amazing sea views and benefits from fabulous sunsets from March through to October and the village and beach is just a few minutes walk away.
The property has plenty of outside space overlooking the sea, with outside seating and has a BBQ for those amazing sunny evenings when you would want to eat outside. There is also parking for up to 3 cars.
The property is fully equipped has an electric oven, gas hob, air fryer, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. it is a comfortable warm property which lets in a lot of light, situated on a private road but close to the village, beach and shops,
The property benefits from three good sized bedrooms all en-suite two doubles, one with a super king bed, one with a king sized bed and the third bedroom has twin beds.
PRICES Our prices are very competitive because we manage the property ourselves including the cleaning, therefore we do not have management fees. This means that the 20% that we would have to pay agents is passed on to you our valued customers.

Lovely House

Beautiful house with everything one could need,always clean and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly,approachable and accommodating to ones needs. We look forward once again to returning next year.
Superb holiday accommodation
By Ken Hillier on 13-Jun-2026As a family we have been staying at Polzeath for the last 60 years at various properties, as we like the Polzeath, Trebetherick and Rock area. We have returned to holiday at Seascape for a number of years as it is an excellent property within a 2 minute walk to the beach and shops, with a sea and beach view. The property is very well equipped with all the comforts for a family. The owners Paul and Julie Duffield are excellent hosts and always ensure that everything is in order. We have no hesitation in recommending Seascape as an excellent holiday accommodation.
Fantastic house
By Shirley on 06-Jun-2026This is our 4th stay at Seascape as its a great family house with everything you need for a really comfortable stay. The location is excellent with a short walk to the beach and is within easy reach of the local Spa shop. The house is equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses and kitchen and cooking equipment (BBQ too) as we all enjoy cooking and eating as a family in the fabulous open-plan dining area. The bedrooms each have their own bathrooms with the added surprise this year of the twin bedroom now having its own super new and modern ensuite shower room. The wrap around terrace overlooking the beach provides additional outside space when the weather permits. There's also plenty of room to hang your wetsuits and store your boards! Julie is also an excellent host and is always contactable to resolve any problems, should they arise. Overall a fantastic house and we look forward to our next visit to Seascape.
Wonderful place to stay
