Description
Acacia is a well maintained modern property finished to a high standard. Acacia's reverse accommodation makes the most of the panoramic countryside views. There are French doors leading out onto a large decked area with steel and glass balustrade and stairs leading down to the enclosed patio area. There is amply of parking to the side of the property. Situated within a few minutes drive from Polzeath and Daymer Bay beaches, Rock and the ferry to Padstow, golf courses and shops it is the perfect base for a family holiday or quiet retreat.The first floor has an open plan kitchen and dining room, snug/TV room, guest toilet and bedroom 1 - king with ensuite.
The ground floor has an entry hall, bedroom 2 - double with ensuite, bedroom 3 - twin, bedroom 4 - twin, family bathroom, utility room and heating room.
Features of the property include : countryside views, garden patio, parking, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, double oven, grill, hob, nespresso coffee machine, high speed WiFi, three TV's with freeview, DVD player x 2, charcoal BBQ, outdoor furniture, central heating.
Changeover day is Saturday, short stays available on request in low season. Well behaved pets accepted, extra charge is £ 30.- per dog per week, maximum of 2 dogs.
Linen and towels are not included but can be organised for a supplement; oven gloves, T towels and bath mats are included.
Hybrid and electric cars can be charged for £ 25.- and or £ 50.- per week respectively. There is not an EV charging point but outside plug and outdoor extension cable for trickle charging.

We love this place.

It’s a beautifully presented, modern four-bedroom detached house tucked away on a peaceful country lane. The spacious, sunny, elevated deck, accessed from the living area, is a wonderful place to relax while enjoying views over the surrounding countryside. The house is exceptionally well equipped, with a spacious kitchen featuring a range cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, as well as a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated TV lounge and a separate sitting room make it ideal for families or groups. Despite its peaceful location, the beautiful beaches of Polzeath, Rock and Daymer Bay are all just a few minutes’ drive away. A superb holiday home that I would highly recommend.
