Thank you so much for letting your beautiful clean cottage with fantastic views and wildlife
By Michelle and Pat on 07-Mar-2026Thank you so much for letting your beautiful clean cottage with fantastic views & wildlife. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The weather hasn't been too bad for us, especially the second week which has been beautiful and warm. Walked round Tarn Hows twice, Grassmere twice, bottom end of Esthwaite Water round to the lake boat cafe, east side of the lake down to the bottom. Been in the Tower Bank Arms for drinks and booked a meal for our last night stay. The food is amazing. Coming back in August with the family and staying next door, in Lakefield House. Can't wait hopefully come back to stay again sometime in this cottage. Many, many thanks again.

By Julie and Ed on 25-Apr-2026We have enjoyed our week here in your lovely cottage, in a truly spectacular location. The weather has been marvellous and we've toured around some of our favourite locations. The highlight was the walk along the road that took us to Moss Eccles Tarn. A memorable and a delicate day out. Thank you very much for making our stay comfortable and special.
