Crow Pie Cottage sleeps 16 people in 5/6 bedrooms and is ideally placed for you to enjoy the Peak District and the Derbyshire Dales.The cottage has good access to a wide range of local facilities including pubs, restaurants and attractions (all within walking distance) as well as good access to a range of public transport links to Derby, Chesterfield, Sheffield and Manchester.

Shaker style kitchen with gas hob, electric double oven (large fan oven plus smaller conventional oven with grill), dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 2nd larder fridge, slow cooker, large air fryer, microwave oven and a comprehensive range of utensils and cooking equipment. General items such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper etc. are provided on arrival.
Dining room is home to a large oak farmhouse table which (when used with the extension) is big enough for 16 people to dine together for that celebratory meal. French style double doors open out onto the front garden and terrace area – perfect for al-fresco dining. Two high chairs are available on request. 40" TV with Amazon Fire Stick for all your streaming needs.
Large living room with a feature fireplace with cosy log burning stove, comfy sofas and 55″ Smart TV plus Sky TV and Sky Cinema, also DVD player with a large and varied selection of over 80 DVDs.
Snug/sitting room off living room with full sized, fully sprung double sofa-bed, ipod dock, Freeview TV, DVD player and a Chromecast for viewing catchup TV programmes/photos or apps from your smartphone or tablet on the big screen. In the snug is also a large bookcase with a huge range of books, games and jigsaws – ideal for those who just want to chill out away from it all.

Great Space to Spend Time Together
By Luke & Friends on 24-Aug-2026Jackie was a great host! Once we made our way up to the cottage, having read the very clear instructions, it was easy to get in. The house was really clean, plenty of space for everybody with all the amenities we needed, plus a few more things to make it a really special stay. The kitchen was well equipped which made it simple to cook for our large group. The spacious sitting room and kitchen made for a really great environment to spend time together after a great day out in the Peak District. The Fish Pond pub was also an easy walk away for a beer or two.

Fantastic Cottage
By Emily's Hen Do on 05-Jul-2026Such a fantastic cottage for a girls group away, the place was kitted out with absolutely everything you might need and Jackie sent detailed instructions for the house. The garden overlooking Matlock Bath was a real highlight.
Surrounded by Nature

The cottage was well equipped with amenities, and the village had great restaurants, pubs and cafes just a short walk away! We could not have had a better time! It was particularly lovely to just be surrounded by nature with a beautiful view. We spent most of our time sitting at the picnic benches in the front garden.
