Sleeps 2 Woodpecker is one of our three Lea Hill AFFORDABLE COTTAGES.We have pretty holiday cottages with period features. Rich in wildlife and history, they are a perfect place for a quiet retreat.
Lea Hill, tucked away in a network of narrow lanes and footpaths, is just three miles from Axminster and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Downstairs, Woodpecker is quarry-tiled throughout the downstairs. It has an open-plan, beamed living room with a comfortable sofa and well equipped kitchenette .Adjoining is a bathroom with over-bath shower. A door leads from the living room to an attractive, sheltered garden..
Upstairs there is a pretty, beamed double bedroom with a king sized bed.. A shared laundry is on site.

Extremely peaceful and lovely views. Ideal if you want to relax

Ideal if you want to relax but also want visit places like Beer and Lyme Regis as they’re within 25 minutes. Great value for money and Susan and Paul were very welcoming They went out of their way to be available and help with any issues or queries. Highly recommended.
