1. the property is served by 2 staircases each from the ground floor - bedrooms 1-3 at the top of one and bedrooms 4&5, family bathroom and table tennis lounge at the top of the other.
2. there are changes of level in the house and the garden please check that it is right for any guest with mobility or eyesight challenges
3. obviously the pool is unsupervised and we have clear and straightforward rules as to its use by your guests . Please make sure you and your guests understand that use of the pool is subject to those rules.
