Exactly as described
By Lidha on 25-Aug-2025We were a group of 5 families (10adults & 9kids) and a small dog. The house was exactly as described, more than enough space to accommodate us all. Very nice cinema room, spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Victoria was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Devon and want a comfortable stay. Thanks again, Victoria.

By Heather on 03-Jun-2026This is an amazing place to stay. Spotlessly clean with a very friendly, helpful host. So many lovely touches, the kids loved the games room, cinema and the snack bar. Will definitely be recommending to others and coming back again.

Loved every minute of our stay

Even though it rained pretty much the whole time there was so room (and that long corridor) the grandkids felt like it was an indoor play ground. The size of the oven meant we could cook Christmas dinner for all of us easily and having that lovely long table allowed us to sit together at every meal and then play games instead of watching T.V. We’ve loved every minute of our stay thank you and had a fabulous Christmas!
