Description
A spacious and comfortable two bedroom, purpose built ground floor flat, in a block of just four apartments.Perfectly positioned in a quite road in one of Dorsets designated areas of outstanding natural beauty, with sea views.
Short walks down to Swanage town, blue flag beach and the steam train, or across to Peveril Point and the Downs Nature Reserve and up to Durlston Country Park, Victorian castle and the lighthouse.
Managed and maintained by the owners to a high standard, to ensure you have a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay in beautiful Swanage.
Suitable for families but equally as popular with couples.

BEDROOMS -
Two large bedrooms.
Bedroom 01 has a double bed, and has views across the garden to Swanage Bay, Ballard Down and also over to Old Harry Rocks.
Bedroom 02 has a double bed and also a single bed, and looks out into the courtyard.
MORE BEDS -
Additionally, there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge.
There is an option of a Mothercare travel cot available on request.
KITCHEN -
Separate fully equipped kitchen for all your self catering needs. Includes washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster.
BATHROOM -
Newly fitted modern bathroom with wash basin, WC, large bath with a shower over it, tall heated towel rail and illuminated wall mirror.
There is also a separate second WC.
LOUNGE -
Lounge with large patio sliding door out onto a patio and garden.
Smart 40 inch TV, 3 seater sofa, single sofa chair, double sofa bed, padded foot stool and dining table and six chairs.
Views of Swanage bay, Ballard Down and also across to Old Harry Rocks from the lounge and patio/garden.
BED LINEN/TOWELS -
We will provide duvets, pillows and bed linen and make the bed(s) up for you.
Hand and bath towels are provided.
Tea towels and a bath mat are provided.
PARKING -
Free allocated undercover parking for one car, plus plenty of free street parking in close proximity to the apartment.
ACCESS -
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, the parking area at the rear is at a higher level.. You will need to walk down an internal stairway from the parking area to the apartment.

Lovely Stay

The apartment is spacious and presented to a very high standard with all you will need. One of the best we have ever rented. Good view from the lounge/patio down to the Bay. Just a short walk from all the facilities in Swanage. Would highly recommend.

Kevin was a kind, responsive and helpful host, who even went out of his way to stop by the flat and give us some laundry tablets when we asked where they might be. Strongly recommend staying in Kevin's flat!

The flat was very clean throughout. It was well equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it and hopefully visit again.
