''Pebbles'' is a cosy one bedroom self catering holiday home, situated on the ground floor of a lovely victorian terrace.Recently renovated and freshly decorated with new flooring, bedroom carpet and bathroom suite.
Beautifully presented with Victorian period features including high ceilings, picture rails, chandelier, double glazed sash windows and victorian style bathroom suite.
Perfectly positioned in a quite road in one of Dorset's designated areas of outstanding natural beauty, with glimpses of the sea and bay.
Short walks down to Swanage town, blue flag beach and the steam train, or across to Peveril Point and the Downs Nature Reserve and up to Durlston Country Park, Victorian castle and the lighthouse.
Managed and maintained by the owners to a high standard, to ensure you have a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing stay in beautiful Swanage.

November to February - Minimum stay 2 nights
Suitable for one or two people/couples (double bed).

Fully equipped kitchen for all your self catering needs. Includes washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Paid use of a tumble dryer available by prior arrangement.
DINING AREA -
Dining area with table and two chairs.
BATHROOM -
Bathroom with wash basin, WC, large bath with a shower over it and bathroom heater.
LOUNGE -
Comfortable lounge area overlooking the front garden with smart 32 inch TV, two 2 seater sofas and coffee table.
Some views of the sea, Swanage bay and Ballard Down.
BEDROOM -
Double bedroom overlooking the sunny rear courtyard. Includes carpeted floor, double bed with side tables and lamps, large clothes rail, chest of drawers and vanity mirror, hairdryer.
BED LINEN/TOWELS -
We will provide duvet, pillows and bed linen and make the bed up for you.
Hand and bath towels are provided.
Tea towels and a bath mat are provided.
PARKING -
There is a small area at the rear of the building with limited free parking. There is also plenty of free street parking in close proximity to the apartment.
ALSO -
Electric radiators/heaters throughout.
Free WiFi installed - Superfast fibre
Use of the sunny rear courtyard with garden table and chairs.

"Ideal Accommodation for our Weeks Stay"
By Rod on 24-Jul-2026Ideal accommodation for our weeks stay in Swanage. Location was perfect and short walk to the main centre, though be warned the hill is quite steep coming back. The accommodation was very comfortable and thoughtfully supplied with everything you need particularly if you wanted to eat in. The bathroom, living room and bedroom were all very clean. Everything worked which isn't always the case in some rentals. The welcome pack was a nice touch and very much appreciated. All in all very happy with Kevin's place and would stay again if we come to Swanage. Thanks.

"Only a 5 Minute Walk into Town"
By Stuart on 21-Jun-2026Stayed for 4 nights at Pebbles. The flat was very nice and comfortable. Everything worked and was very clean. The location is very good, only a 5 minute walk into town. The way back is up hill but we found it ok. All in all we had a lovely stay. We visit Swanage quite a lot so would look at staying at Pebbles again.
