Welcome to Sundown Lodge at Knapp Farm – a colourful, character-filled hideaway designed for romantic getaways or peaceful countryside breaks with family or friends. From the moment you step through its cheerful Cotswold-pink door, the lodge’s personality shines through – with vibrant artwork, stained-glass accents, and stylish touches at every turn.Set entirely on the ground floor, this beautifully restored retreat is both elegant and inviting. The bright and playful kitchen is a nod to the British seaside, with striped tiles and Cornish crockery adding charm. There’s ample space to whip up meals in the Miele oven/microwave, whether you're cooking a lazy breakfast or prepping a picnic, and the kitchen table is perfect for morning coffee before heading out for the day.
Nestled on Dover’s Hill, Knapp Farm is a hidden gem where you and the dogs have direct access to the footpaths which criss-cross the area. Venture into the adjacent field and discover the hidden viewpoints which look West to Bredon Hill, the Malvern Hills and, on a clear day as far as the Black Mountains in Wales. Close by to some of the finest attractions in the heart of England, at the end of a great day out, return to your boutique home-from-home where you can relax, unwind, and plan your adventure for tomorrow.

great location and well fitted out property
By Chris on 05-Jul-2026A one-bedroom cottage in a rural setting, it's a lovely location and within 5 minutes walking distance of Dovers hill a national Trust property, with great walks available from here. There is a village pub within 5 minutes' drive down the hill if you don't want to use the well-equipped kitchen. We stayed here for 2 weeks to cover a relocation, and the property had everything we needed during our stay. It was nice to be able to sit outside on the small patio and enjoy the sunshine. As we had to much stuff for the wardrobe, Nick the owner, made specially for us a custom handmade clothes rack, thank you Nick for being so attentive to what we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

A great base for exploring
By Graeme Bulling on 13-Sep-2025Nick is a very gracious host and the property is new and very tastefully furnished with high quality items. It is by far the best place we have stayed. It is in a very quiet and private rural location but only a short drive from Chipping Campden and Broadway which has a COOP supermarket. This was a great base for exploring and walking in the area which we enjoyed.
