complain about the karaoke. Music? Fine. Party until 3am? Your call — there's no curfew here. Six miles up the road is Stamford, the Georgian gem recently voted the UK's No.1 place to live, and Rutland Water — with its award-winning aqua park — is just a 10-minute drive. But honestly? You may not want to leave.
The Space
The heart of the house is a stunning 40ft open-plan kitchen-diner with seating for all 19 guests no splitting the group across different rooms, no one stuck in the kitchen missing the fun. Everyone eats, drinks, cooks and celebrates together in one huge, light-filled space, with a log burner to gather around when the evening winds down.

LOVELY HOUSE IN THE COUNTRY!

BEAUTIFUL SETTING FOR A PARTY

A beautiful setting with great communal spaces, comfortable beds and the hot tubs being close together were really great so we could all chat together. Janette and Chris were great hosts always there to answer questions and gave us everything we needed. Chris even helped us unpack our food order - thanks so much! Would highly recommend and would go back again.

Beautiful location, peaceful and private, we had the best time here at this lovely house and we would recommend it to anyone. The owners showed us round and were warm and friendly.
PICTURE PERFECT

The house is tastefully decorated, spotless and cosy so that you feel at home almost at once. The hosts were also so welcoming and at hand if we needed anything. Although we did spend most of the time in relaxing, eating and enjoying the views, we did venture out to enjoy nearby Rutland and the beautiful Stamford with its great shops, restaurants and pubs. We willl definitely return. Thanks for everything!
