Set in the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this luxurious, spacious holiday home has its own private pool, sauna and hot tub. It sleeps 16 people in 7 bedrooms, so is a superb choice for a family holiday, friends' holiday, a retreat, corporate team-building event or hen party. We can recommend both local and national caterers and beauticians. The local pub is walking distance.This truly spacious holiday home sleeps 16 guests and all the bedrooms are en-suite. It’s perfect for a holiday with friends and family; the ideal venue to celebrate a special occasion or hen party; or to host a relaxation retreat or corporate event. We have recently started offering micro Wedding Blessings and Renewal of Vows Ceremonies for small/intimate family groups.
Small group bookings also available last minute.
Originally the long barn, Marris Barn was sympathetically converted into the ultimate holiday accommodation. It now features an additional contemporary bedroom wing and a luxurious single storey annexe, The Wagon Shed. This is suitable for independent and accessible visitors; plus it’s a great place to escape to if some of your party want some time away from the general hub bub during your stay.
Marris Barn also has an exclusive leisure complex with its own private indoor swimming pool, sauna, games room and outdoor hot tub. The leisure complex is connected to the main building – so you don’t even have to go outside if you fancy a swim. Yet it’s away from the main living area. So when some of your group are enjoying some competitive games, others can still enjoy some quiet time to watch a movie.
Marris Barn is a superb place for a holiday at any time of the year and will please the most discerning visitors. The design allows the barn to be fully sustainable using solar power and ground source energy. Surrounded by the beautiful rolling green hillsides of the Wolds there is an extensive footpath network leading to quiet unspoilt villages, rural inns and the National cycle route is just 2 miles distant.

By Robert on 02-Feb-2026A surprise weekend for my wife’s 60th went off fabulously . With all our family staying in the 3 days . The kids and grandkids loved the swimming pool, and games room and the adults enjoyed the sauna and hot tub lounging in the pool area with a cocktail !!!! We also had a party Saturday night for 60 people facilities were excellent . Staff were informed of all activities in advance and were fantastic at preparing the place. The whole weekend couldn’t have gone better. Certainly a jewel in the crown of Lincolnshire Wolds !!!! Couldn’t recommend it highly enough !

By Jenna Holmes on 30-Jun-2026We visited for 3 nights for my husbands 40th birthday at the marris barn and wagon shed.Every guest had the most wonderful time, the children loved it. We had everything we needed in the house. When I emailed for some extra fans due to the hot weather this was sorted straight away. On arrival our guests were wowed by how beautiful the house is, it was lovely and clean, beds are so comfortable we didn’t have one complaint with any of the rooms or facilities available in the house. We will most definitely be returning. The local pub and restaurant The Blacksmith Arm was Excellent for Sunday lunch we all had the most delicious meal with such friendly staff. A really lovely weekend spent at Marris Barn making memories we will treasure. Thankyou Jenna Holmes
