Huge games room with half size snooker table. Fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. Also on the ground floor one twin bedroom with doors onto the garden, bathroom with large walk-in shower and wc, and on the first floor one twin and one kingsize bedroom, both with large built-in wardrobes, bathroom with bath, shower and wc.. A wonderful holiday
By Janine on 07-Aug-2026We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful holiday home as a family of five, travelling with our Cavapoochon. Our family included two boys aged 11 and 16, as well as an elderly parent with mobility difficulties, so having a downstairs bedroom and shower room was an absolute godsend and made such a difference to our stay. The house has a beautiful renovated open plan kitchen with fabulous appliances. Everything was modern and thoughtfully done. The games room, complete with a snooker table, was a real hit with the boys, as was the ping pong table outside which kept them entertained! We also loved the outdoor space and the fabulous garden furniture, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the incredibly peaceful surroundings. The property was extremely comfortable and well equipped, with plenty of space for all five of us and the dog. It really felt like a home away from home. A special mention must go to Alison, the host, who was extremely efficient, helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and her communication throughout was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this holiday home, particularly to families requiring a downstairs bedroom / shower room and looking for somewhere beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. We would absolutely love to return!

Lovely return to Little Grange

Lovely Norfolk recuperation
By Debbie and Alan on 12-Jul-2026Visited with friends, one of whom was recovering from a major operation. Little Grange is a beautiful place to stay. Everything you need and everything has been thought of, great kitchen and good facilties generally. The games room was brilliant fun especially the slate bed snooker table which was top quality. Very quiet and peaceful area with lovely gardens. Overall we absolutely loved it and look forward to returning.
Quiet stay in Norfolk
By Eileen M on 26-Jun-2026We enjoyed our stay at Little Grange. Alison was always quick to respond and offered advice about things to do in the location. It is a family holiday home and has many things to keep the family occupied including a table tennis table, a games room inside with snooker etc and lots of board games which would be great in bad weather. The house and kitchen had everything we needed. The refurbished kitchen was huge and very well equipped. The house is positioned very conveniently for visiting Titchwell and just a short drive to the wildlife trust visitor centre at Holme Dunes where there is a very easy walk to the beautiful beach.
Property and Location Perfection
By Pete & Judith on 12-Jun-2026The Little Grange in Holme-Next-The-Sea is a fantastic property in a wonderful location. Our stay was the perfect combination of walks on the vast beaches nearby, visiting the lovely new coffee shop next to the wonderful White Horse Inn, and enjoying the beautifully curated and managed garden. First, The Little Grange has been beautifully modernised and the orientation means the sitting room is cool in the heat of the day and the large patio doors afford great views of the garden with the occasional Muntjak deer in the field beyond. The village is very quiet and relaxing so an afternoon reading in the well-furnished garden is time well spent, additionally, the Weber Charcoal BBQ is top of the range. The large kitchen is beautifully arranged and very modern: a joy to be in. The rest of the property is very well furnished and the bedrooms well-equipped. A final plus is that our dog, Stanley, was very welcome and slept soundly – probably due to the coolness of the kitchen and the very quiet position of The Little Grange within the village. We were having such a good time that, before the end of our week, we contacted Alison to see if we could extend our stay. Luckily, we were able to add another five nights. Lastly a comment on the host/owner. We found Alison extremely responsive to our questions and very easy to deal with. There is absolutely no doubt that we’re planning to return – just need to decide when.
