A detached North Norfolk flint cottage in the pretty village of Great Walsingham, 10 minutes from Wells, Holkham and their fine beaches. We are ideally placed to visit the North Norfolk coast and nearby attractions.Private garden and parking. EV charger.

Double aspect rooms throughout provide a bright and airy feel to the cottage. The large kitchen includes an AGA, separate cooker, small breakfast table and leading into the garden and the dining room which seats 6 comfortably. The sitting room seats 8 with 2 sofas and 2 chairs.
2 Smart TVs with Netflix, one 50", 105Mbps WiFi.
Professionally serviced with hotel quality linen and towels.
Each bedroom has a wardrobe, hangers and hairdryer. Iron and board, drying rack, safety gate provided and high chair, cot available.

We particularly like to host families and stay in touch before and during your stay. The kids will love the Stiffkey ford at the bottom of the lane!

A brilliant stay would definitely recommend
By Jill eden on 14-Sep-2026A wonderful stay ,accommodation very good and the village was lovely , a great base and near to so many lovely places , Rob was a great host and brilliant he was available if needed ( which it wasn’t), also the EV charger was a great asset , if you are looking for peaceful setting but near enough to some good pubs and places to visit definitely recommend, would be very happy.to repeat our visit .

Could not fault it

Short drive to Wells next the Sea. Fantastic all round. Rob was fantastic host and very responsive. Would definitely return.
Plenty of space

Had a lovely time
By Julia on 08-Jul-2026Orchard House is in a lovely quiet position. Lovely well equipped house, comfortable beds with crisp white bed linen. Outside there is parking for two cars easily, patio and secluded garden. Great to have hand soap, dishwasher tablets and washing capsules provided along with washing up liquid, some cleaning items, tea towels, kitchen roll and toilet rolls. Rob was very friendly by messaging before our arrival and after to make sure everything was ok. Helpful but not intrusive! We had a lovely time.
