Fantastic Stay

By Susan on 09-Jun-2026

We had a fantastic stay. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable. Sally and David were very friendly and welcoming. It is in a very peaceful village and easy to visit other places in Norfolk.

Shame we couldn't stay longer

By Frauke on 15-Jun-2026

Lovely, cosy place to relax and come back to after a day out. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful surroundings, including evening walks along the lane outside overlooking fields and listening out for the tawny owls at night. It’s a short drive to the sea, various National Trust properties and nature reserves, and it’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer. The place was immaculate and roomy, with a nice private patio as well. The croissants, chocolate bars and strawberries left for us by Sally were a nice gesture, too. We’d definitely recommend this place.

Peaceful and restful space to relax

By Sue on 21-Jun-2026

A lovely stay in this cottage. Peaceful and restful space to relax. Very comfy beds. Well equipped with extra touches in the kitchen - dishwasher and washing tablets, kitchen towel etc. Great for us wildlife enthusiasts with plenty of birds to spot. Sally very easy to talk to and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Personal touch always makes a difference

By Robin on 13-Jun-2026

We had a very nice few days at Larksong. The area was peaceful and relaxing, with lovely rural views and amazing sunsets from the comfort of the living area / conservatory. The host, Sally, met us when we arrived and showed us around the bungalow and answered any queries. Also, a few welcome goodies were provided for us to enjoy. The personal touch always makes a difference. The whole place was very clean and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. There are plenty of places locally to visit, but a car or own transport is required. If a more relaxed approach is taken, there are numerous pleasant walks available. We would recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing break.

Great peaceful local beach

By Joanna on 01-Jun-2026

Larksong is exactly as described and convenient for visiting lots of local places either on foot or a little further afield. Great peaceful local beach. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice views over the fields to view the lighthouse. We walked along the beach for a few miles, saw seal swimming, enjoyed the quiet. The local recommended places to eat we tried a couple and they were lovely. Sally was welcoming and showed us around the bungalow so we could find everything and the welcome book was useful. Lots of leaflets for local attractions, walks, maps etc. We really enjoyed our stay.
